The young man at the front counter was extremely helpful, super friendly. The location was good. Nothing super about it but nothing bad either. My only issue was the room not being properly cleaned. There was dirt and stuff all over the floor, sticky stuff on the bathroom floor. Dusty. Overall, the stay didn't go badly. But definitely need better trained housekeepers.

BEDBUG'S!!! BEDBUG'S!!! BEDBUG'S!!!! BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero Stars I would! We checked in late and we're exhausted from our day. The first hint of issues was when we were given the choice of a room with heat or air conditioning because none of their rooms have both. 🤦🏾. We also needed a room on the main floor. Only smoking rooms were available on the ground floor. We got into the room, unpacked and got ready for bed. That's when we saw a bed bugs on the bed sheet. I called the front office to let them know the woman on the phone did not sound surprised! She offered us another room. I opted out to not be exposed to another room full of bed bugs. It was late we didn't have anywhere else to go we were exhausted so we just felt stuck! I went in the morning to tell them we would not be staying for the nights that we had booked and that we wanted a refund. I was told by a very smug owner that he was not going to give me a refund that he would have the room investigated by an exterminator and then if bed bugs were found then he would refund me. Ridiculous! He asked if I had been bitten. The fact that I had not been bitten, to him was evidence that there were no bed bugs! Was I expected to walk around the whole room and find every little creepy crawly critter in the room and take pictures or video of it which I should have actually!

Great front of house service. Room was very clean, all bedding and towels were nice and clean. But no shampoo or shower gel. We are hiking the PCT and don't carry such luxury items, and always expect that motels will have those for us to use. No coffee machines or fridge in room. The laundry wasn't in use either. Lots of coming and going right through the night, so not the best nights sleep was had 🥺

Me and my family had a great experience here at this motel. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean. Excellent service. We also loved the convenience of it being close to many stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Ashley did a great job cleaning my room at motel 6. It was always clean and smelled good when I got back. She was really nice when she gave service. She did exceptionally well while our family was there, I believe she should have a raise because of her kind demeanor and her attention to detail.

It's not always easy, but the team at Motel 6, under the leadership of General Manager Juan, executes flawlessly. Juan's dedication to customer service and guest relations is evident in every interaction. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. As they say, the staff is a direct reflection of the general manager, and Juan and his team exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and moral values. An absolutely wonderful motel all the amenities and ice cold A/C. SUPER friendly staff and manager always going the extra mile. By far the best Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Spotless rooms and fully stocked with towels, soaps, etc. Would stay here again and again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Roaches in the room i have pictures and postings them here and y. elp review. Staff didn't care and did not do anything and just said sorry. The other room had roaches, too. Old run down hotel with new looking stuff, but you can tell its a very old hotel and they cant get rid of the roaches and people playing loud music and people just hanging out outside. Drug deals going down. People pulling up, exchanging something and leaving, and the person who is selling is staying at the motel. The whole area and room smelled like old cigarettes and weed. A person was staying there in a 1 bed room with 5 kids and 3 adults and was loud running around all night and day and hotel never did anything. Manager never around and never there even when you call days later manager still not around and never calls you back. I had to spend over 30min going through my stuff 1 by 1 to make sure I didn't bring roaches home.
