HORRIBLE STAY ! we arrived late after long day of travel. - first impression was a stained pillow case. yuck! for the following 3 hours we got zero sleep. The hotel had trespassers running around the property - shirtless/yelling at each other/and sneaking around corners very suspiciously. very sketchy scene. We felt very unsafe to even step outside to check on our vehicle as we heard footsteps outside of our front door all night from 12am all the way until 3am in the morning. Did not feel safe having ourselves on the property much less our vehicle in the parking lot with trespassers snooping around the hotel premises. Upon calling the front desk they said "they were aware there were trespassers and no they were not guests" - this is a matter that should have been dealt with by staff if it was in their awareness that certainly the individuals snooping around the property were most likely disturbing guests and could have been a safety concern for vehicles in the lot and/or guests themselves. we were there for a total of 3 hours - wide awake - unable to sleep listening to people snoop around the rooms and parking lot. Upon calling to notify the front desk and speak with them regarding refund (as the property was not secure, and staff were not taking measures to address the situation they clearly knew well about)... we were shut down. no options were given. If hotel staff is aware of trespassers on their property which was stated was "a regular basis here" law enforcement should be called to report the issue. Speaking with management also did absolutely nothing for us. overpriced stay, for a total of 3 hours being on our own watch for our own fear of saftey, only to leave at 3am on zero sleep, and still have not heard back from management regarding refund or addressing the issue. do yourself a favor and do not book a night here, even if it is a short stay - you most likely will not get sleep at this sketchy, poorly secured and managed location.

Room was clean. The service was wonderful. The location is prime. There is a shopping center across the street with everything you could possibly need or want in it. Tons of fast food places with in walking distance. I would totally stay there again.

The worst! After traveling for 4 hours with friends to see the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament we were tired and wanted to drop our stuff off before heading over. When we opened the door, there were 2 mattresses on boards for beds. No comforter. Just a dirty blanket. The vinyl floor was so dirty that my socks were black just walking from the bed to the bathroom. The toilets didn't flush. We didn't trust the staff to leave our things in the room. And tried to wait out the toilet to flush. They charged our credit card the day we checked in for the whole amount $256 a night - can you believe that! And then wanted to charge us $30 more to check in before 3:00. And it was 1:30 pm. The ice machine was broke. We didn't dare try the pool, due to the water color. Never ever stay there! I have written the CFO and Customer Guest Relations and are waiting to hear what they have to say. Because the manager never returned our calls.

Remote for TV was not working No elevator, You could hear the pipes loud while others were showering😫 No coffee maker Too small of a room for 2 full size beds could barely walk around. The beds were very clean👍 Nice friendly people at front desk.

They charged me 3 times for 1 night hotel stay. There was someone attempting to break into the office or nearby storage unit. Very noisy and felt unsafe.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised by the room quality. It was clean, modern etc. Negative: The fan for the AC system screeched and howled to the point you couldnt use it and the room was so close to I-10 that you could feel the roar of each semi truck as it passes. When I left in the morning you could see sunlight through the door on all sides Negative: ""

Room was clean. Check in was a breeze. Upon arrival customer service was great... Which is saying a lot in this area from my experience. No breakfast... Coffee and tea packets. Wifi was good on my phone but spotty on laptop. If you're working remote I wouldn't recommend this place. Basic cable.. No guide though. No USB ports for TV. For the price a decent place. Had to ask for extra blankets since the heat was mid... But housekeeping provided extra blankets so that was ok
