Motel 6 Oroville, CA - Featured Reviews (887)
Positive: Nothing...I was placed on a list DO NOT RENTso I was unaware about list so il be motel shopping on different hotels.. Negative: People were rude...I'm homeless ? needed shower and rest...I think the list is bullcrap and because of the list, I didn't get to shower for 4 days...
You get what you pay for but this motel 6 certainly exceeded our expectations. Room was well maintained, well equipped, and the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Will stay with them again when in town!
I left my heart at this motel 6. Been almost 4 years since I spent a month here, and I still miss it and dream of the day I can return. If I wasn't a middle-aged woman, I'd make a million babies here. I love you!!!!
The rooms have a serious bed bug as well as a cockroach problem. The cleaning that should be done is very poor. When a friend and I went down to oroville and checked in we paid cash for the room and never got a receipt, we then noticed a lot of homeless people hanging around the motel and the parking lot which we then noticed drug dealing and drug use. Got to our room and it looked like it had never been clean, phone was broken, window didn't have a screen, and cockroaches in the thermostat on the wall and bedbugs so we complained they moved us to another room. That room had the smell of A LOT of bleach and when I went to use the bathroom bedbugs on th bathroom floor, so we lifted the mattress and bedbugs all over so we decided to just stay up because we couldn't get a room somewhere else until the follow day. I wrote a letter to Motel 6 Corporate offices explaining and complaining of the horrible conditions of the Oroville Motel 6. Also, while loading our car, someone who's homeless walked up and stole my R.E.I. sleeping bag. Had that sleeping bag since I was 10!
If you want a very clean and want very nice people that make you feel welcome, go check into my favorite place to stay at when visiting Oroville. Days Inn by Wyndham at 1745 Feather River Blvd.
GREAT PLACE AND GREAT EMPLOYEES.
Not to bad, room was clean, not to loud at night, most of the staff was pretty awesome. Price was a little high in my opinion. Only complaint is how hot the room kept getting. Felt like heaters in the rooms below and next to mine were constantly going cuz my room kept getting hotter all day until I was sleeping uncovered and was still sweating while in my room. I'd stay again if I had the money to stay or if I had a room comp'd for a few days since I did pay 11 days full price each day. A weekly or monthly rate would have been super awesome. Hey corporate, can you hook me up with a comp'd room for a few nights begining on sunday 4/14/24 maybe ending on Tuesday 4/16/24? Comp my room for two more days I'll give 5 stars down the whole list.........
This is actually a zero. Rude office staff. Loud obnoxious guests that mngr took 2 hrs to address and then got into a fight with. Grounds are littered and covered in trash. My vehicle was also stolen. Vending machine was broken which staff knew yet never posted an out of service notice nor offers cash back. Overall the worst stay I've ever experienced anywhere. Ever. Do not, I repeat, do not stay here unless you are #1 homeless #2 drug dealer/user #3 desperate. And even then, go somewhere else.
Motel 6, I am not the first person to make note of the abysmally poor guest experience at this property. When you know better, you need to do better. I'd like a refund of my monies or some other form of compensation.
Very upset with Motel 6 in Oroville California. We booked with them 2 weeks in advance and they gave our rooms way. Without notice! We drove a 10 hour drive just to know we didn't have a room. Very dissatisfied with the way the front desk handled it. Will not recommend this place.
Good location, wish a new restaurant would open up where cornucopia used to be already tho. Rooms aren't kid friendly, there forever ruined from yrs of improper cleaning.
Outstanding public display of holiday cheer. Very welcoming with areas to sit and heat provided. There is free selfies, so many displays, small hills for the children to slide, as well as paid inflatableâs and a larger sledding area. So cool and so
I get excited when I see that this place is open. I always try to stop on my home.
Friendly staff and some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. It's flavorful while not being super salty.
Their prices are very affordable (tacos are $2!).
So far I
Awesome displays. Amazed on array of tools, cleanliness, research including date and inventors names. The detailed design of each panel looked as lovely as quilt patterns. I brought my friend also a fan of tools. He was impressed. Thank you for your

This place is beautiful when you come at the right time of year. I did a field study of California wildflowers here and was amazed at how many species exist here. Best to come as early as possible in the morning. This place is gaining popularity and
