I was just there and the rooms were disgusting. There was mold. The rooms were super unclean. The mattress smelled. The pictures are all a lie. Do not recommend it at all. There was one nice lady in the reception with long brownish/redish hair. That still doesn’t make up for the fact that place is a clear violation of many laws. The location is good but there hundreds of hotels in the area that are better.

Dawn at the reception was great! She is very nice, professional & helpful. Every time she saw us she went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Housekeeping even checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. You do not see the housing keeping teams doing this anymore after covid. The rooms were average but worth the price. We just wish there was a fridge & micowave in the room. A bonus that we took full advantage of was that we were able to stay until 3pm on check out day for only $25 extra!

On arrival I was assisted by Dawn, who was very polite, proficient & customer oriented. She made the check in process easy and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our room. The room was decent enough for the amount paid, and the stay actually turned out to be better than expected. I stayed to myself and mind my own business therefore whatever was going on outside of the room or in the hallways DID NOT AFFECT ME AT ALL! Overall a good stay☺️

ATTENTION! They do NOT have hot water!! They will NOT tell you at check in but they have a missing piece for their boiler and do NOT know when it’s going to be fixed! For weeks I have heard it’s been out. On day 2 no warm shower! Please find elsewhere to stay! $100 a night for no hot water . I had to wash my young child in an empty tub and warm up water in the microwave to wash him up and myself!!! Oh and no refunds!!!!!! Please go elsewhere!!! They will not tell you this information just checkin you right in

Dawn is a wonderful person and has been since I started my stay here. She is always on point with any needs and always has a warm smile 😃 A pleasure to stay here ! Great staff and well-kept hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

This place is like a HORROR movie. Absolutely filthy. The rules state that animals are not allowed, but someone clearly had a cat in their window (it was the best thing about this place, I love cats). However, everything was downhill from there. The hallway to our room smelled like pee, weed, and unbathed body. Our bed had a mysterious whiteish wet-looking stain on it.... hmmmm I wonder what that could have been from 🤔🤢🤮. My sister and I were gonna sleep on the towels to be a little more clean, but BOTH of our towels had PUBIC hair on them. There were dead cockroaches in the corner of the room to keep us company for no additional charge~ I could also see squashed cockroaches all around the walls. We spent about 10 minutes in our room, and we decided we needed to get out before we ended up on a murder mystery show. We got a refund with no issue, which was nice. When we told the lady about everything, she said, "This is not our norm." Unless the hallway was flooded with pee in the last five minutes, maybe I'd believe her. The price is good but unless you can afford to exterminate the cockroaches or bedbugs you'll take home, DON'T come here!! I'm so glad we left. We feel like we need a shower just after being there.

At first glance it looked ok for over night stay, but this place needs some serious updating and management overhaul. The room was horrible but the agent had no problem in switching it for us the second room was no better but it was an upgraded room and it had more space than the other and a tad bit cleaner so we settled. The pool was never open due to "inspection". The hotel have low income families that live there as well which is not an issue but the cops were there at least 4-5 different times I was there, I over heard a female telling the cop someone broke into the room via the window which she was on the first floor. The illegal night life booms at this resort. I wouldn't stay there again. I wouldn't recommend it if you are traveling with family or kids either. If it wasn't for the nice front desk agent trying to do her job with what she had a believe her name was Dawn this review would've been worst than this

I stayed at this location a few years ago and I can honestly say they have cleaned it up! It was so bad before. People were hanging outside and it felt so unsafe. I had my car tires stolen from the back parking lot during my stay. Someone actually jacked my car up to take the tires while I stayed overnight smh. Unbelievable. However, My recent stay has been great! Dawn (front desk receptionist) accommodated us on a first floor. We have kids and did not want to disturb anyone. She explained the new rules and was very helpful. It was also very quiet throughout the night. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. You get what you need for your stay. Keep up the good work 6!
