Motel 6 Olathe, KS - Featured Reviews (616)
There wasn't a refrigerator in the room or microwave, which was very disappointing! I've stayed in cheaper places that offered those basic things. The comforter had burn holes in it. They had bar soap but no shampoo. The bed was OK but at least there weren't any bedbugs in this room.
This is by far my favorite Motel 6 that I've stayed at in Kansas as yet. I've stayed at 3 in this area. This one takes the cake.
Everyone is so polite, caring and understanding. They take good care of their rooms and guests. The laundry and grounds are immaculately maintained.
Kudos and thanks.! 😁
Floors felt sticky, but being able to smoke in a room was the main draw. Would still recommend if on a budget or a smoker.
We were on a long road trip, with our two shepherd dogs. An ice storm was coming in. We needed somewhere, and quickly, for the night.
Location was very convenient to the interstate, but did discover there is a train right behind the hotel. The room was very small, but was somewhere to stay. The bed felt clean enough, and you could tell the room had been cleaned, but more attention to detail would be required by a more upscale hotel. The front desk people were available and efficient, if not overly friendly. .
That being said, their lack of prompt attention to the side walks and parking lot, meant walking through the "pet area/ frozen mine field." Venturing out, to get coffee, let the dogs out, or to load the vehicle would have been treacherous with out traction devices until around 10 am. Not to mention the single partially inflated luggage rack and ramp off the side walk that went no where near the front door.
Overall, it was somewhere warm to wait out the storm with our dogs.
Dirty towels and sheets, and also bugs. The outside of the motel is very deceiving, looks very nice and clean but inside the rooms are very dingy and unclean. tv is placed in a very odd place in the room.
Positive: There was no soap and the linens were filthy. The air conditioner would not start for over an hour and turned off in the middle of the night. It was filthy, and I paid for way better hotel rooms in the area for the price we had to pay. This was awful. Negative: We reserved this room and were told that we reserved a smoking room. Which we did not. The reservation could not be changed, and the room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were torn. The smell was horrendous. The walls were half-painted.
The Linen is full of Cigarettes burns. No Refrigerator, no Coffee pot and no Alarm Clock. My car was hit by another customer and the Owners / Managers refused to show me the Video. They offer no Government Rate to Military Personnel. I was charged a small amount which was reasonable. The night time Clerk was a nice lady but her English is very bad. Between 1 to 5 it was a 2. You get what you pay for. ☹️ I loved that you can sleep with your window wide open for fresh air 💨. Horrible experience 😠
For a safe night to sleep and rest my head while I am out here for, it is exactly what I needed. |The rooms have this European style layout. |Beautiful love seat bench attached to the window so you can read and book and look out the window. |The bed was pretty soft and I slept great. |Price wasn't bad and the deposit was low and returned as expected 😂|No hassles or gimmicks. ||I would definitely stay here again if I could.
For years I've wanted to take yoga. But the few times I started, I found myself in a room full of people who seemed to know and move quickly through all the poses and positions, and instructors who gave little or no guidance to newcomers. Intimidated
This studio is absolutely amazing! I love the vibe! Great energy!! Inspiring people! Love the bonus full moon ð mantra ð classes each month! Definitely recommend this studio!
My son started karate here, fall 2021. He loves it and is doing well. I love the easy, flexible schedule that allows him to attend on days that are convenient for us. The atmosphere is always positive and fun. I've seen students of all ages progres
