TANYA IS AMAZING! she upgraded our room she was friendly kind understanding and incredibly helpful. There was an issue with our room we went to her explained the problem, she was able to accommodate us and Tanya made us a priority, she's the best manager I believe I've ever experienced in a motel 6. Jimmy was very helpful and kind, I honestly can't say enough about those two. Again thank you!!

Honestly for the price and location this place wasn't so bad. Cindy was so helpful and accommodating when I needed extra towels and shampoo. Seems to me they really are trying to make this an affordable place to rest your head. Keep up the good work Motel 6 and keep employees like Cindy around!

If you value cleanliness and a quiet place to sleep, avoid like the plague. Heck, everything is so dirty and stained it might have the plague and you'd never know. The whole place smells like wet dog and I saw multiple dogs walking up and down the hallway each time I came and left. Also my bathroom had lots of very visible mold on the walls and ceiling above the shower. They need serious renovations. So many things are broken, especially all of the locks, what a fiasco that was every day trying to get into my room. Due to the clientele of this place, people are coming and going at all hours of the night. Loud banging doors, TVs blaring, dogs barking, stomping from upstairs, it was a cacophony of noise all night long. The place never settles down and I barely slept. To their credit, the staff genuinely tried to help as much as they could, even changing my room away from the noisiest area, but there's just not much they can do with what they've got.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpets were stained, the furniture was dusty, and there was an overall feeling of neglect. Upon entering my room, my initial impression was only reinforced. The bedding was visibly worn, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a lingering musty odor. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, often taking an extended amount of time to respond to requests or inquiries. Requests for basic amenities, such as fresh towels or additional toiletries, were met with delays and excuses. The hotel's lack of cleanliness and poor service significantly impacted my overall experience and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are numerous other hotels in the area that offer superior accommodations and service.

The hotel staff were really nice but the place was dirty, you could feel the springs in the mattress, the pillows were completely flat and they do not have any extras, had to use my husbands arms and a blanket under my head instead of a pillow. I’ve stayed at some really nice motel 6s but this one made me understand why the chain gets a bad rap. To say disappointed would be an understatement. I recommend paying a couple extra dollars to stay anywhere else. The staff though, again, very nice and apologetic for the conditions of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved by a lot. The floors had my socks black and had to throw them away, there was still pee on the toilet and blood on the top decorative sheet. Everything was working fine, the air was great and shower worked. The bed was comfortable for the most part. The last few nights of my stay there was constantly cops outside and screaming but I didn’t feel unsafe.

It was not too bad at all. My room did not have a microwave or a fridge. Floor was a bit dirty, and the smell of cigarettes was strong, so if you're allergic, I would suggest someplace else. Now the positives were the service was great. If you are on a budget and can deal with just the basics, then this is ideal for whatever situation. If you have a car, you can easily travel to where you want to go. Freeway access is nearby. You also have a steakhouse right up front of here, a bunch of fast food joints, and some other dining options in the vicinity. Clean bed and blankets.

Edit: Wanted to add that one of the housekeepers, the Ethiopian lady, was a sweetheart and very kind. The rooms are not that bad for a Motel 6, we are staying long term and the first man who checked us in was super friendly and chill. Every one else has been rude. For the price and location you can't complain much. There is no breakfast but there's places around to get some. The location is highly convenient, most of the guests seem nice enough. No one bothers you or touches your things. If you're staying long term, I suggest you mop your floor. I cleaned to make myself feel comfortable and it wasn't much that needed to be done. You only get bars of soap so I recommend bringing your own toiletries. There are no microwaves or fridges in the rooms. We were able to bring in our own without issue. There are also NO BUGS, we don't have a screen on our 2nd floor room and no bugs have come in even with the window open. No bed bugs or anything else. ITS ALSO PET FRIENDLY!! If you're unable to afford the other hotels, I'd recommend this one. Heck, even if you could afford the others, I'd recommend this one! Save your money and use it on something else.
