Alright, here’s the deal. I’m a Shomer Shabbos Jew, so finding a place that respects my observances isn’t always easy. But let me tell you about this Motel 6. The manager/owner was a total legend. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was not just smooth, but downright incredible. The guy was courteous, respectful, and genuinely cared about my journey. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. If you’re looking for a spot that gets it, this Motel 6 is where it’s at. Five stars, hands down.

Positive: The room looked clean. Negative: The room smelled like cigarette when the air conditioner was off. The people in the office are horrible, especially the man. Could not understand what he was saying when I asked about my room. He said, "Give it" as I was going to return the key. So rude.

Positive: "" Negative: When the front desk is behind bullet proof thick plexiglass,,,,you are in the wrong place...unloaded luggage and only stayed 15 minutes and then packed back up and left without even getting money back. Much safer to go somewhere else.

So I have a issue. I'm a manager at a Motel 6 in Phoenix Arizona. I was planning to trip to come to your motel. I made a reservation. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. I counseled the same day then to learn when I look at my credit card. You guys try to charge me on Thursday? Full price for the room a $109.99. And I wasn't do if I was to come Saturday. So I don't understand why are you guys trying to charge my card? It's very disappointing to know a Motel 6 out of town that they would treat another member from Motel 6 like this. Manager at that. And I will be notifying corporate.

I was happy with the cleanliness of my room until I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and there was a bunch of roaches running around, then I saw they were all over my luggage as well. Even before I left I found more roaches on the desk. There was also construction that woke us up in the morning.

I would love to give this ZERO Stars!! Please had a bunch of roaches everywhere! Hair on my towels didn’t get to use any of them! Stains everywhere ! Had to buy roach spray and air freshener of my own money to make it presentable! Try talking to the guy and there was a bad language barrier or the wall was too thick. Every time I had a question the man or the woman look clueless. Tried getting my money back because this was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a Motel 6 .

Roaches everywhere. Don't turn on the lights at night. I made that mistake and they scattered. I would have left but mom is in a wheelchair. Worried I was going to take some home in my luggage there were so many. Told Manager , but he just shrugged and didn't care. Horrible place. No place to walk dog like they advertised.

Two night stay, 21 cockroaches. I killed 18 and 3 got away.
