Motel 6 Norcross, GA - Atlanta Northeast - Motel in Norcross - 6015 Oakbrook Pkwy, USA

As a frequent traveler with a service dog, I constantly stay at Motel 6 because the pet policy. But this Motel 6 was the most disgusting motel I've ever seen in my life. Lets start with the place looks old and abandon. At first I thought the GPS took me to wrong spot. I checked in, was placed in a room around back and was immediately stunned at the room. The floors look like they never been cleaned. There is a smell like someone doing meth or crack in the room. There was a roach in the sink trying to get out. The towels look like they washed them in the filthy bathtub. The bed looked like they just remade it after the last guest, and then laid on it instead of cleaning the room. Probable where the crack smell comes from, because they were smoking it and bought it from the dealers hanging in the back corner of the parking lot. I went back to the office with 10 minutes of receiving the key and asked for a refund, at first the clerk rudely said no and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the office, but when I threaten to report the Drug activities in the back parking lot when the police arrived and legal action all of a sudden my refund appeared.

Where to start this was the most disgusting motel I've ever seen in my life. I walked in, spent 30 minutes maxed and was so disgusted by it I immediately canceled and got a refund. Roaches, cigarettes lying on the floor of the rooms no warm water, just an absolute filthbucket. Costumer service was poor it took convincing to make him cancel and give me a refund. DO not stay here it is the most sketchy place I've ever been to

This guy just tried to rob my room. He lied and said he was looking for his room. If that is true why was his key able to open my room door? Then I go to the office to complain and there is this young guy at the front desk defending him. What he should be doing is trying to figure out how he gonna get out the trouble he is in for giving this thief a key to my room! Here is his picture. Everyone BEWARE!!!

Well I just made a reservation from (Nola)New Orleans drove All the way 7 hours to run into a dump like this motel business it was filthy all around the building doors side walls crack heads all around outside of the building clothes half off and naked talking to themselves dancing strange. I looked at 2 rooms with the man he wanted to show me we looked under the bed he said too do it. they had scratched up walls and doors paint off the doors and walls and I told the front desk manager that I refuse to put my family in this place and also we’re only sheets on the bed no cover or anything just sheets i would tell everybody that I know about motel 6 in this location ! Never go here !

Real talk the place ain't bad. It's in a decent location to everything. The only thing I don't like is that you have to leave after 28 days then come back. Other than that I'll keep staying but I really wish they change that part of the policy.

This place is run by rude people and it’s nasty they definitely do not know how to run a business nor how to deal with customers Coming from someone that owns and runs a business and deals with customers all the time the lady that runs the front is rude and hung up on me then when I called back and asked for the manager and or the number she hung up on me again so I called back this is after my card was charged all I was trying to do is get them to cancel the reservation so after being hung up on 2 times and she couldn’t give me any answers of course I was agitated all I was trying to do is get my money back from booking so they could give me my almost $73 back then today when the owner/manger called me he was making excuses for her of why she did this and that told me she shouldn’t haven’t even talk to me and I’m the one who booked the room and paid for it off my card the. Begin to ask me do I own a business I said yes well he didn’t like that answer He told me I should of figured out the reason why I said I tried I asked the lady at the front desk over and over she told me she didn’t then he made excuses she was following orders every time I called him out on the phone he cussed at me and told me so your right I said no he said I don’t have time for this and I don’t have your money I said that’s not at all why I’m calling in bc finally yesterday evening, I got that all figured out it’s bc how the lady talks and deal with customers then I begin to tell him how I would never stay at a place like this his remark to me was well we would never have you this place is something else and I wouldn’t stay here every in my life I would stay in the woods before I would stay here and give them a dime this place is a disgrace!

You frequently go there, but there is an employee who is usually there during the day on Sundays and on two occasions she has told me that they do not have rooms available when clearly I have seen that there are rooms, since normally the empty rooms have the curtains open, I don't know why he denied me a room, I want not to think that it is because of my ethnic origin or my sexual orientation, but it makes me very sad when he tells me that there are no rooms because I know that there are

Roaches in every building and unit they have. The bathrooms are outdated and the bathtubs have rings around the tub. Not rust lack of cleaning. I have stayed 3 times there I have reported roaches dead a d alive In my rooms last night was by far one of the worst visits I've had. I wanted compensation for my trouble I was told no. I've contacted corporate same thing. Bad business disgusting rooms this hotel should be condemned the sheets old as h*** sheets looked like they aren't. Hanged everyday.
