Motel 6 New Iberia, LA - Motel in New Iberia - 2714 LA-14 Unit D, USA

Staying in this hotel while on a construction job. A lot of the people here are on the same solar job I am. There can be a bit of noise in the hallways in the early evening but it’s usually very quiet after 9PM. Staff keeps my room very clean each day, this is not the norm when staying weekly at a lot of hotels. Each morning during the week there is fresh coffee and snacks available after 5AM, again something that is not the norm in a hotel like this. My only negative is the refrigerator and management is aware of that but right now I honestly don’t think there is anything they can do without making me a special case. (I’m ok with that). Having a kitchenette room at such a reasonable price is worth remembering.I save a lot of money by not having to eat out.

This hotel was improving everyday. We have been here almost a month because my husband is working down here. The staff goes above and beyond to help anyway they can. They have a great weekly rate for extended stays, and are pet friendly. We have been so blessed by the kindness. Thank you Motel 6.

So far my least favorite experience at a motel 6. Hear a lot of noise from the hallways. Water isn’t hot to shower. For the weekly rate I don’t think it’s worth it. It was a bit cheaper it wouldn’t be bad. If they fixed the shower dropped price it’ll be a perfect. They do seem to be cleaning daily.

Don't waste your money. These morons claim that we messed up a room that was already trash. The tub is cracked in places, and they don't take care of the property as they should. Just look at the back of the property and you'll see grass that obviously needs to be cut. Moral of the story: this is the worst motel 6 in existence. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

The room was nasty had to scrub the tub before I could let my kid take a bath. We left a day early and the owner said he would refund the last night well he didn't. Then to too it all off he was so rude and spoke to us like we are stupid. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!
