Motel 6 New Braunfels, TX - Motel in New Braunfels - 1275 I 35 N Frontage Rd, USA

We’ve stayed at many Motel 6 motels and this one is so much better and more professional by leaps and bounds than any other one we’ve stayed at. We stay at Motel 6 because we have pets and they are the only one we know of that doesn’t have a pet deposit. That definitely means the most to us. But the only reason I’m writing this review is because of this wonderful staff! They have great maids that do a great and fast job and there is a young man named GINO that works the front desk and he has gone above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant. I would highly recommend this Motel 6 to any friends or family! Gino gives this place 5 stars from me.😊

I was going to give this place a 1star and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to "remodeling". BUT... we booked for the studio and was moved to the other building. Ok fine. Remodeling. Our room had 1 functional outlets (for 4 of us). There was 1 in the rest room but that wasnt working. Half the light switches were not working. The blankets were super thin they were just sheets. The door knob to the rest room was loose/broken. Rest room door looked like it was recently attacked. Check out was at 11 which we were grateful because normally it's at 10. However that was ruined when room service started banging on our door and then opened it to clean the room for check out. They have a list with all check out rooms and we shouldn't have been bothered. When my wife interacted with them for check in, the night lady was a bit rude, did not provide us with a receipt, and was just so quick to just want us out of her sight so she could go back to sitting down.

This place is disgusting inside and out. Both side doors to building dont lock so not even safe as anyone can come in side doors to the rooms. They never vaccume hall way to rooms. Hair on shower ceiling. Towel rack has a film as it's never cleaned. Paper thin walls so you hear every bark, baby cry, doors opening and when person showers next to you it wakes you up in the morning. Trash covers the grounds outside of the building. When we stayed second night key cards wouldn't work to room and no one to be found if you, need anything! Waited 20 minutes to get in room as no one at desk and when I came back for towels and wash rags as they leave one towel one wash rag for a two bed room no one there again! Not only is it's cheap it's dirty like you would get better in a homeless shelter. Don't do it even if you wanting a cheap get away. Bathroom door knob broken. Bedroom door barely shuts!

Positive: Location was good. Price was right. Negative: I expect motel to be direct off parking area. This one had an entrance with long walk down a corridor to room. We had large amount of luggage. Also unit door to corridor was severely undercut and loose. Very few electric outlets. Luckily brought extension Negative: ""

Positive: Nothing Negative: No room service, roaches , holes in walls , fridge froze all our stuff, room door had cracks overall worst experience ever we checked out early ,we have never been more disgusted and will report this place to cooperate. Negative: ""

Apparently no one at the front desk can answer the phone. She answered didn't say anything left the line open for 30 seconds and then hung up on me. Really great customer service you got there 😒

Room are not clean, no shampoo and hairdryer. Dirty towels. Lot of cockroaches.
