GOOD STAY FOR THE PRICE! And pet friendly! We've stayed here twice (mainly because we had our dog along) & no complaints. Rooms are new looking & clean. We saw a few bugs, but we were RIGHT next to back entrance. No coffee maker or blow dryer, but for the price it's a decent stay. We were next to the back entrance door, which banged LOUDLY every time someone came/left. We had to put a towel under door to muffle the sound some. Mattress was decent. Front desk gals were friendly & helpful.

Upon checking in to my room I received great customer service. The rate that I paid was decent; however there is no complementary breakfast or the need for guest satisfaction as I asked for a new check out I later found out That's the bathtub was flooding in the hallway and inside of my room. I asked management to perhaps give me another hour as I had just checked in at 2 AM and I'm having to deal with this inconvenience of water all over the floor. Not only was there not an apology for my inconvenience, there was no offer of what can be done to make me happy and an extra hour on top of the 12 check out was I guess was not worth customer satisfaction. That building obviously has some plumbing issues as my relative had a stopped up sink. That hotel has been several other hotels which makes sense now. I doubt if I will waste my money or time there any more.

I stayed a little over a week here in one of the kitchenette studios, very comfortable and everything I needed for an extended stay! Only issue was the washer not draining my laundry at the end of the cycle but the front desk ladies were very helpful, giving me a refund and suggestions on rescuing my clean laundry. Being right off the highway, I was never late to my worksite and felt safe while staying here.

BEWARE! Motel 6 has an obvious problem taking, holding and honoring resevations. I made a reservation on the Motel 6 web site on Wednesday July 9th for a room on 10-11 July, single, non-smoking, king bed total price was $65.08. I made the reservation using my credit card to hold the room. They sent me a confirmation email with all the information and a confirmation number. After a 250 mile drive I get to the motel and try to check in, but the manager can't find my reservation. I show him the email and confirmation number, but he still can't find it. After taking 4 phone calls and helping those people while leaving me standing there listening to him help them. He can't help me tells me to call customer service. But he has a room that just canceled he can let me have for the walkin price, which was nearly double of my reservation price. After over 30 minutes with no help and seeing several others in line I stepped aside to call customer service. After calling customer service the lady said she could see the reservation and would try to rectify the situation. After several long holds and her calling the motel. She said she was sorry but could get me a room at a nearby motel 6 but their rate was $111 a night, nearly double of my original reservation. At this point I was desperate because all the hotel were sold out because of the hurricane that hit Houston the night before. I took the room and was about to leave, very frustrated, when a man said he had been dealing with the same problem for the last 2 hours. Apparently there was another lady they pull this same B.S. on as well. Nice little price gouging scheme Motel 6 has going on.

Pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, bed was comfy, clean. They had fridge and microwave in the room which was nice. Great bang for buck.

It's ok as far as cheap hotels go, the room smells musty and there's food in the fridge from the last guest. EDIT gonna have to take it from three stars to one, roach infested.

Wow! I'm very impressed by the renovation improvements this hotel has made. The rooms and lobby are beautiful! The staff is helpful and welcoming (especially Crystal). We will definitely stay here again!

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! We often travel with pets, and it's exceedingly difficult to find a nice place that is clean, comfortable, and doesn't want to charge you an arm and a leg for bringing your pets. I'm a bit of a germophobe, and I actually felt like I could walk on the floor of our room barefooted (but didn't, haha)! If you're on the fence about staying here, don't be, book the reservation, you won't be sorry. The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and actually seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I was also very pleasantly surprised at the affordability! Thanks to the staff and the owner for providing a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced place for us to overnight with our pups. Keep up the good work!!
