Motel 6 Morgantown, WV - Motel in Morgantown - 3506 Monongahela Blvd, USA

I like this motel. I have stayed here a few times and havent had any issues. The people are nice and the rooms have been clean and its quiet. For the price i dont think u can beat it. Other motels want double the price for a night. All i want is a clean room and bed to sleep. This place checks those boxes.

Great experience for someone who’s never been in the area. Here for a travel contract and the staff and front desk have been great. Also traveling with my dog and had no problems. There’s little grass in the lot but we’ve made due walking to the edge of the parking lot for a small patch to potty. They have a small fridge and microwave but no coffee maker but do have free coffee at the front office in the mornings. Which is always yummy!! Brought a bottle of wine but had nothing to open it with and they weee able to loan me one for that which was great!! Would recommend this place for the price and convenience of where it’s located it’s great. Also there are trails very close to walk to or drive to that are very pretty.

Excellent room and care of property by management and staff. They are very professional and respect space, privacy, and the scope of business in a wonderful university town. This is a very nice place to stay. Ask for the room with an indoor jacuzzi. And relax, go to a football game, and meet people!!!!

Rooms were very clean, but furniture was very worn and old. The large sliding window had a broken lock and it was on ground level. I asked and they gave me a board the exact size to block the window. It was a no smoking room, but smelled of an old ashtray...of years of someone smoking in it. I was sick the next day from breathing it in all night. I'm allergic to chemical smells and cigarette smells triggers my allergies. The motel was packed at night. I would avoid staying there again.

I appreciate the price, given the location near WVU Medical and the the WVU campus. The rooms are good sized and clean. The TV worked fine, however the wifi signal was weak. There was no shampoo - so bring your own - an no hair dryer either. But a good stay at a reasonable price.

Great staff with excellent cleaning. The rooms are spacious for animals and kids to play. It's nice and quiet too if you need a place to sleep and the beds will help that(extra soft).

Positive: "" Negative: The manager gave our room to someone else and had to kick them out and clean our room. Whoever was in there was only in there an hour and was dying their hair. It felt extremely sketchy. The room smelled like mildew. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

COCKROACHES! In the room||The owner is a really terrible person who actually hates dogs. He will shame you for having more than one pet in the room. He will blame you for the bugs everywhere meanwhile the rooms are disgusting. He claims the property is quiet but there is police there every night and people screaming and yelling at all hours. It's almost like if you pay this man he will treat you like garbage for it. He treated me and my fiancé like second class from the start we were there for an extended stay. He decided he was going to power wash our front door and window for an hour straight while she was recovering from kidney stones trying to sleep and with that water leaked in and created a huge puddle in our room. The owner is one of the most judgmental miserable humans I have ever met. Seriously unless you are a relative or come from his homeland you're not welcome here. This is how I felt! I'm not over exaggerating. So dirty rooms, miserable old man who owns the place who hates dogs, Cockroaches, noise and drug addicts everywhere. Just a horrible experience all around. Stay clear.
