Pros|Pool was perfect and the pool staff was very friendly.|Quick access from the highway.|Close to Eateries.||Cons|I called to check on room availability and I was quoted a nightly rate plus a military discount was to be applied at check-in.||Upon arrival, the desk clerk was unable to find our reservation but assured us it was not a problem. The clerk appeared to have an issue calculating the total charge and had to call someone; when we questioned the total sounding too high, she assured us that she had applied a $6 military discount, however, on the bill it appears that we were charged $6 more than the nightly rate previously quoted.Check-in took 35 minutes.||Our room had an unpleasant odor and the shower seat did not appear clean;|(we were too exhausted to attempt to address these issues at that time.)||One of our key cards did not work and had to be replaced; the next morning the 2nd key card no longer functioned and had to be replaced.||The hotel entrance from the pool was not operating with either key card; when I reported to the front desk, the clerk told me I was using my card incorrectly and I had to demonstrate then was offered no solution other than to walk around to the front door where employees were constantly smoking.||It is disappointing and unacceptable to have these types of issues with a motel stay.

******My car was stolen avoid****** Please avoid this place at all cost, please I beg you, don’t provide any services. My car was stolen out of the front door while I was unloading, I was on my way to take my children on vacation to Florida from Missouri and this was my resting point. I was left without absolutely nothing other than the clothes I had on. It happened so fast in a matter of minutes. Although it is not the hotels fault, they did absolutely nothing to help me out. They absolutely refused to provide footage of the video. This happened around 3-3:20 am 05/20/24. The front desk lady informed me she saw everything happened in her cameras, she said a white car pulled up and a person got out and jumped in my car and drove off, she made me believe they were going to help me. She said I should be able to see the footage in the morning at 7 am when the owner came. The owner or manager never showed up. On top of everything they kept rushing me and asking me to leave the room knowing damn well I had absolutely no where to go or car or anything. When I callled today they told me there was no footage, then the guy said that there was no audio recording. I told him I don’t need the audio just the video, he then proceeded to say that the video didn’t record anyone by my car. I asked him but you do have a recording of my car and he said yea. Make it make sense And the rooms are dirty the bathroom had hair everywhere and the bedsheets are dirty. Please don’t stay here is not worth the risk I lost so so much. The only thing this place had to do was to provide the video to possibly help locate my car or figure out how it happened or help track the other car or something. Please save yourself some trouble and avoid this place for your own safety.

This place is so nasty. The abbeys on the bed were dirty nasty stains on the bedspread , burn holes in the bedspreads, towels look as if they had been picked up out of floor and half folded, we changed rooms , things were no better it took all night to cool the room off it was 80 degrees in the room until after midnight, tried to have coffee in lobby and found roach bug in my cup. Also Roach bugs in room. 90$ for this, should have slept in the car

Rooms look decent at first. The bed sheets and pillows were stained and just plain dirty in both beds. We requested to change rooms where the beds were still stained, floor was dirty, a roach on the wall, just dirty. Both rooms looked gross by the lights between beds. I asked for a refund and went to comfort suites for a much better room for $15 more. We were just looking for a place to rest while traveling.

If you want to rent a room here, think about it first, they never change the sheets and the bathroom they only give you towels they don’t wash it, and terrible service 🤬

I found tons of bed bugs crawling all over the bed. I was so disgusted that I didn't get good pictures, as I was in a hurry to get my belongings out of the room as quickly as possible. When I informed the lady at the front desk that I'd like my money back, she said "you won't be getting your money back". I even showed her the pictures and and had only been in the room for roughly 25 to 30 minutes. I was about to just go next door the the other hotel, but I had been driving and I was so tired. Since she refused to give my money back, I asked for another room on another floor.

NASTY. Stayed in the same hotel last year and a lot has changed in that year. Dusty in shower and sink area. Stickers on wall. Found hair on the sheets right when we walked in. Smelt of weed. Doing construction work outside of window at 12:00 am. Overall TERRIBLE. Friendly service but horrible cleaning habits. ||Also- pool is CLOSED

Walls are apparently very thin, next room kept us up!!! Loud dog, child and adults! WiFi wouldn't work. Tub faucet and drain broken. Only 2 pillows, am used to getting more. No coffee pot, one in lobby had watered down coffee. For almost $100, hoped to have had a little nicer.
