Absolutely Horrible! Never cut corners, I have never seen nor encountered such a terrible booking experience. Immigrates, cockroaches under the bed linen, cobwebs, painted over poorly imperfections and a fifty dollar cash deposit, not mentioned in the initial booking incase we stained towels. An immediate check out, I drove all the way from Wisconsin for this, no way would have allowed myself, my husband and my elderly mother to stay here. Now we have to scout around for accommodations last minute, on the Labor Day weekend. I am just furious!!! Don't walk...Run !! Please don't say here. Millington TN hwy 51 location.

The rooms are remodeled and the motel is located in the center of Millington, off the 51. The service I have received from Julie has been exceptional. Every time I had an issue, she was always there to help with a calming demeanor and smile. She has made my extended stay easier especially considering this is my first experience in TN. Thank you Julie for all your help. :)

There was hair all over the shower walls. We found blood on the bathroom floor and the headboard. The cleaning lady did a horrible horrible job. The A/C didn't cool at all. Woke up to find a roach in the bed. Just a horrible experience. Check-in was fast and easy, thats about the only thing positive I can say about it.

At first glance, this establishment looks like a decent place to sleep for a few days but after staying I would not recommend anyone stays here even if it is just to sleep. Each day we came across multiple roaches, and it’s very clear the rooms rarely get deep cleaned. The staff was adamant that we would’ve had a different experience in another room but I’m here to tell you if one room has roaches, all the rooms have roaches. If you don’t want them laying eggs in your belongings, choose another place to stay. This place is capital G R O S S, GROSS!

These rooms were awesome it actually had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a hot plate available The only problem I had was when my schedule changed I couldn't cancel my night stay even though it was early in the day around noon they still wanted to charge me for the night so I had to drive an extra 120 miles that evening and 120 miles the next morning

The hotel staff is kind but the night gentleman manager I didn't get his name but he's so kind and very patient with any questions or requests you might have...rooms are clean wooden floors very spacious and great location far from criminals as far as I know and aswell just 30min from Memphis area.

The rooms smelled badly. The pillows were old and lumpy. There were scuff marks on the walls and everything was just worn out. The drain was slow. Fortunately, though, no bugs that we could see

Positive: Location was perfect Negative: Baby cock roaches were everywhere in the room, I had to buy spray and spray down the room and my luggage ,, and later the trunk of my car
