The location and service provided at this hotel were pretty good. The room itself was perfectly fine for a few nights in Miami and the hotel was clean and bug free in my experience. The property feels pretty secure and I felt safe walking to the nearby restaurants for food. This hotel is primarily inside access and has no exterior corridor access rooms. This hotel runs pretty standard with Motel 6 amenity wise: no free shampoo/conditioner, no breakfast, free coffee in the morning, laundry machines available, vending machines available. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning ran extremely well and kept the room cool and dry. This property is definitely nothing fancy but it'll get the job done and honestly deserves more than 3.5 stars considering the fact the price here is extremely reasonable in my opinion.

This is a motel so not expecting a 5 star quality hotel. Rooms were clean enough and staff was nice. Decor is older looking but located close to the airport. The toilet in room 204 was placed away from the wall by about 30 cm for some reason and hot water wasn't very hot. Just spent a night here before our flight home.

Stay away if you don’t wanna have a bad costumer service experience!!!! The front desk service it was very unprofessional explaining the rules of the hotel, called me hypocrite because of my unbelievable reaction, they hold a $100 cash or credit card fee. Rules of the place, not like other Motel 6 that they just stay with a copy of the card or license. There was no manager or owner to find a solution or at least give a proper explanation. Not staying there just because of the bad costuner service and rude solution to the inconvenience.

I would not advice anyone on this motel. Two major incidents: 1) They gave my room key to another guest, who almost invaded my privacy If I had not been close to the door 2) They lost my new and expensive cowboy hat in their conference room, they never bothered to check on the cameras or even ask their own employees. I sent an e-mail to their GM and he/she not did not even bother to reply or give me a call, he/she is not available over phone for some odd reason. The motel's atmosphere, accessibility, cleanliness, and spacious accommodations, along with a large secure parking lot, outweigh the downsides. While lacking a continental breakfast, the place's convenience, well-maintained rooms, and comfortable beds warrant a 5-star rating, even surpassing certain other hotel brands. I suggest enhancing the business center's amenities and transforming a part into a quiet room for Zoom meetings to address noise issues. While the hotel itself is dated, we were greeted warmly by Lillia and Angel. They were so welcoming and helpful. Walking down the hall to the room I could see it was an older hotel and it was in need of a face lift. This worried me, however upon entering the room, I could see it was very clean. It was a basic hotel room, but it was well kept. The first thing I do anywhere I stay is I check for bed bugs and there were no signs of an infestation. The hotel was located close to several restaurants and gas stations were near by. Over all our stay was good.

The lady in front desk is just disgusting. I can't believe I was in the USA. There's no management, she said with great attitude she's the big boss. So it was impossible to direct my issue. She deserves to be in jail at least. Avoid this place.

Great place great location great rooms. Showers are a little weird as the heat and cold are hard to figure out. There's a deposit of $100 witch you'll get it back. Other than that I've had no problems besides people arguing at 3 am where police were involved. But that's nothing under their control.
