Motel 6 Medford, OR - North - Motel in Medford - 2400 Biddle Rd US 5 & Crater Lke Hwy Rt, OR-62, USA

The first time me and my family stayed here, the experience was HORRIBLE!!! there was dead bed bugs on the bed sheets, and pillows, room was dirty floor looked like it wasn't swept!! Told front desk and they didn't do nothing nor switch our rooms ! We came back two weeks ago and stayed in two different rooms, and this time our experience was AMAZING, the rooms were cleaned. The sheets was cleaned, room smelled good and smelled clean! Service was a 10, front desk was so helpful and offered things each time we went to the front! The lady Marcela (I believe that's her name) she was amazing and super helpful. We was put into a non smoking room and wasn't aware , she moved us first thing in the morning no prob!! The room we moved to was clean and smelled clean!! Housekeepers (the Spanish ladies) was extremely rude , bad attitudes and was very lazy not wanting to help get us nothing we needed, they said they was "busy", they acted like they didn't like there job, my fiance asked one of the girls a question and she automatically said no she didn't have time and rolled her eyes then looked at the other girl working and she gave a dirty looked and said the same thing!!! Very disrespectful and frustrating 🤬 do not recommend asking them nothing !!! Overall I will recommend staying again and was impressed on the rooms the second time we stayed ! Also the guy Bryan I believe he is very helpful and respectful and kind. And the two housekeepers in the morning older two white ladies was very helpful polite and offered things every time they seen people, also interacted with my son and was playing ball with him even though they had work to do I appreciate them ladies!! And the two people at the front desk Marcella and Bryan!! You employees are the best and need a raise the 4 of you!!!!!!!! Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable!! 😌

The floor and sheets could have been cleaned. The floor hasn’t been mopped or swept in god know how long. The people at the front desk was nice and accommodating. Housekeeping is doing the bare minimum to clean room. Spider web in the doors. Could be a great place to stay. Floors need to be swept and mopped. Room 103.

Unlocked the door to the mattresses flipped up against the wall, trash and belongings scattered around, a strong urine smell and CRUSHED PILLS on the bedside table. I wasn't expecting anything great (or even good) from a $106 motel 6 (nothing else available on short notice in Medford that night) but this was pretty shocking. The only positive is that the poor evening manager was equally shocked and horrified. He issued me an immediate refund when I told him I felt unsafe staying with my kids at that motel for any length of time. He said he had not been informed of any problem with prior checkout but someone had clearly started cleaning, so must be very poor communication from shift to shift. I'm just thankful for the manager's understanding, and that the drug use was so obvious so that my TODDLER didn't come into contact with DRUG RESIDUE on a poorly cleaned room surface. If you think I'm kidding or exaggerating I have uploaded 4 pics with my review.

**Motel 6 North Medford: Avoid at All Costs** I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Motel 6 North in Medford after a major car accident that left me without a vehicle. Despite explaining my situation and needing a place to stay with my two dogs, the management showed no empathy. Instead, they refused to rent me a room, citing issues with bed sheets that I’m confident could have been easily cleaned. Their lack of compassion and professionalism is appalling. To make matters worse, during my four-day stay, I witnessed rampant drug activity on the premises, much of it centered around the area where on-site staff housing is located. This should be alarming, especially for management, yet nothing was done. When I tried to extend my stay, I was falsely accused of damaging the room—a blatant setup. The location may be convenient with freeway access, but the shady activities happening here make it a place to avoid at all costs. **Motel 6 South Medford: A Different World** In contrast, Motel 6 South is a breath of fresh air. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect by the staff. While the rooms might not have the latest upgrades, the atmosphere and service more than make up for it. I feel safe here and can actually rest without constantly worrying about what's happening outside my window. The difference between these two locations is night and day. If you're looking for a place to stay in Medford, do yourself a favor—skip Motel 6 North and head straight to Motel 6 South. It’s worth the extra effort for the peace of mind and quality of service you'll receive.

Room smelled strongly of weed. No fridge was notable along with very few amenities in the room for the $111 per night price. Neighboring room had a fire alarm chirping all night. Nothing about this hotel was sound proofed at all. You hear everything. I stay in Motel 6 and America's Best Value type hotels all the time. This is not the worst Motel 6 of my life but top 3 for overpriced for what you get.

Had a rough day of lost finances and needing a roof for my family and myself I ended up at motel 6. Front desk gave me a good customer service as I had been fumbling for the remainder of my finances for the room. I'll definitely be returning to this place. Room was clean and smelled pleasant even though it was a smoking room. And the towels were specially set in the restroom with the toilet paper having a nifty marking that I destroyed while dropping the kids off at the pool before settling into a nice hot shower and tub. Big enough for both my lady and I to be comfortable in some hot water.

I've stayed in other Motel 6 locations, but this one is amazing! The staff, including management, are awesome! It's located within walking distance from grocery stores, fast food places, and even a delicious coffee stand. Plus, it accepts dogs at no charge! In the summer, there is a pool with plenty of seating to sunbathe. Lastly, they offer free wifi and free coffee in the mornings.

The room we got we weren't informed until we checked in that it was a smoking room, we were told we could check it out and if the smell was too strong we could get a refund for the room. We did just that and informed the manager that the manager would cancel and refuse any refunds. Service was terrible. The room was beyond disgusting. Never considering a Motel 6 again.
