Brian the security guard is the most helpful person i’ve met. Tell him he’s doing a good job please! Great room for a great price. Missed my flight and this was a comfortable option. Clean and good service.

Check in was smooth and quick, thanks to Kelvin! He was very polite and professional. He confirmed that I had booked a 2 queen size bed room for myself (since that's all that was left online), by asking me. I said yes, then he stated that he could check if there were any single king bed rooms available that night. There was, so he moved me into that room! I appreciated that. The room itself isn't much - not modern looking at all, but outfitted with a TV and mini fridge and it was clean. Don't expect toiletries other than small hand soaps. The shuttle service is great! Although it only leaves the hotel once an hour, so be prompt. The driver we had that morning (I don't recall her name) was very pleasant and helped the other guests and I navigate the complex LAX airport. She brightened my morning!

My family and I stayed here for 1 night. It was a very pleasant stay and it started with the shuttle from the airport. The lady that picked us up was nice and knowledgeable, she gave us very good tips of restaurants in the area. When I checked in, I spoke to Kaily who was very friendly, attentive and helpful! She made the check-in process fast and very easy. Rooms were clean and we had a restful night. I would def recommend.

I didn’t get the lady’s name (African American lady maybe a manager?), but her and Tas really helped me out by accommodating my family and I. I am so grateful for their service. The location is safe and convenient. Rooms were clean and AC blew very cold just the way I like. Wasn’t bothered by the freeway noise since I had my son’s sound machine. Parking was very reasonable compared to the other motels in the area. Will book again if I ever come back.

Honestly dealing with Kelvin and Kailey was a great experience! Went the distance with customer service and made sure I was comfortable and checked in as fast as possible. Super kind and helpful at the desk. I couldn’t ask for a better duo .

Bashir was the person who attended our needs at the hotel. He was very polite and helpful from the first day we arrived. Room service was also great especially the Spanish speaking lady that we had ran into as we were walking out of our room. She was very kind and sweet as we asked if we can have new towels. There was no hesitation and asked if there was anything else we needed. Customer service here was excellent.

Location is great and service even better. I received the best service from the front desk agent Tas, she was very warm and friendly. She explained everything well and got me checked in swiftly and efficiently. Also, my shuttle driver Irvina was very knowledgeable and polite. The service at this hotel is top notch! Highly recommend

Motel bien situé de l'aéroport, pratique pour ne pas rater son vol 🤣. Petite remarque à l'arrivée à l'hôtel avec un accueil à l'entrée par deux agents de sécurité équipés comme des policiers avec tazer 🥺.
