Motel 6 Longview, TX - Motel in Longview - 110 S Access Rd, USA

Rooms appear to be clean, the people running this place are thieves! They ask for a deposit but will find anything and everything to keep it. The reason I say it appears clean is because I watched the owner go into a room, pull the blankets up and remake the bed. He did not change the sheets. Grabbed a towel out of the bathroom and closed the door. Room was never cleaned. Unfortunately the room was rented to some unlucky guest. So if you decide to stay at this location, be aware. It's quiet for the most part, not to bad for the price.

Night audit that helped me was awesome. Cleaning team was rude the next morning. Room was dirty, there was mold on the bathroom curtain, the floor looked and felt gross in the shower, bugs in the bed but not bed bugs, bugs in the bathroom. The cubbies that held our towels were nasty and filthy. Bathroom had an overwhelming smell of urine that didn’t dissipate during our stay. I have stayed in many hotels across America and abroad but this one was one of the worst yet.

Positive: Have stayed here twice now, place is consistent and clean for the most part. Negative: On this trip, sheets and towels had stains, not a HUGE deal but it was apparent. Negative: ""

Please don't ignore these reviews! These people 100% absolutely DO SCAM YOU out of your deposit! It's considered a civil matter so you would have to sue them to get it back! I literally paid $25 (the amount of my deposit) for damaging a hand towel that I used in place of the dingy stained up wash cloth they provided!!!

I stayed a week and a couple of days before I was scheduled to leave I booked another through Expedia. I was told I would have to move to another room so it would be easier to cancel my reservation through Expedia and rebook through the motel directly. I went to the front desk and cancelled my reservation through Expedia and noticed that I didn't get the reservation refunded immediately. I went back to the room and waited. At 11 the guy at the front desk is asked if I was ready to rebook. I checked my account and the refund still hasn't hit. He told me to call Expedia. Expedia tells me that it could take up to 15 days, I tell the guy this. Now I'm packing up to leave because I don't have enough cash for a week and I don't want to pay for another day or two because if I would have left it alone, I'd only to switch rooms. I didn't ask why I'd have to switch rooms. As I'm packing up, another front desk clerk comes to the room and asked me if I was going to stay, I said no. She said I had 30 minutes to leave. Motels and other travel services have to pay booking sites a commission if you book through them. I won't stay at this Motel 6 again. They even told me that I couldn't get my deposit back because I wasn't out by 11.

DO NOT STAY THEY SCAM YOU OUTTA YOUR DEPOSIT! They ask for a 25$ General deposit. Rooms were small and outdated. Had hole in wall and water was yellow coming out of shower and faucet. My husband checked out and asked for the deposit back so the girl in the morning looked at the room and tried keeping our deposit over crumbs on the microwave... my husband said, "Should I make the beds too before I leave?? We travel to a lot of states and have stayed at over 100 different motel 6. I will never come back to this hotel after she said that to my husband. We were traveling from California to Florida.
