This is a pretty good location. I have to say it’s my favorite location out of the ones here in Little Rock. Mr. Nathan the manager is very helpful, handles his job very well, and is professional. The Front desk workers especially Ms. Yolanda, are very professional, helpful no matter the situation, and have made our stay here worth the while. Some of the rooms need a bit of work but overall this is a pretty good place to stay for the price especially!

I have been here a few weeks so far other than the nice staff the place is horrible. I was also told by someone that lives here that a portion of "good" reviews also seem to be written by people who either work here or live here. It is just as bad as the low reviews say! I'm often skeptical when it comes to reviews and saw the "good" ones believing it wouldn't be that bad or they at least fixed the issues people are complaining about but nope! This place is disgusting and ghetto as hell! I can't believe this place is even still open. I can go on and on about the issues with this hotel! Just be wary if you are staying for longer than a few days it's best to find something else if possible because this place while cheap still isn't worth the price based on the quality of service. I will definitely not be coming back and taking my money elsewhere.

I was a bit disappointed.it was clean it didn't smell but it was very well worn. The bathtub was kind of funky with what looked like mold in the tile grout. The carpet was very shabby and fraying in many spots. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The outside smelled like urine when I had to walk to my car. The pool was drained so you couldn't use it. It was only a night so I could live with it

Room had mold, was shown 4 other room when pointed out and they all either had mold or smelled weird. The manager was really nice and got a hold of the owner and they were able to get me refunded so very thankful for that but the mold thing I feel is a health hazard that needs to be brought to people's attention

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!!!!!! Deplorable! Filthy! Disgusting! I booked a room for a few nights at this hotel. When I got there to check in, another guest came to the front desk to let them know that the room had been smoked in and a hole punched in the wall. The front desk clerk said that there was nothing to be done. That should have been my clue to run. I checked in and went to the room. It had rat dropping between the bed and the wall on the box spring. The A/C was running but it was still hot and humid in the room. There was a spot in the subfloor that is rotting and you can feel it flex underneath the carpet. The lights next to the bed did not work and there were things spilt on the walls. Outside the room, which is open air, smelled of urine and vomit. This was made worse by the fact it was hot at the time. Trash was everywhere and the building was in a state of disrepair. The pool was not filled and I would guess this is because something is not working. I wasn’t planning on using it but if you advertise that you have an amenity, a guest should reasonably be able to use it. There was even dog poop in the walkway that had obviously been there for a while. Several, but not all, of the fire extinguishers were missing from the cases in the hall way areas. There was even a car with a busted in windshield. A staff member had told me that several rooms are not in a condition that they can be rented to guests. From what I saw it seems like these un-rentable rooms are being rented under the table to people as full time residents. There was one room that I could tell from outside did not even have an A/C unit installed because part of the grill on the outside was broken and the room looked like it was in use. I don’t want to be judgmental of people who are obviously struggling in life, but every other person who seemed to be there besides the guest I saw in the lobby and the front desk clerk seemed to be heavy drug users. I did not feel like my possessions would be safe in the room when I was gone and questioned my personal safety. I am a large, strong man. I seldom feel that my safety is compromised. I felt that way here. I checked out about an hour after checking in because I wanted to document all of the reasons I wouldn’t be staying. I booked another hotel while I was checking out at the front desk. I still had to pay for that night. This motel should not be operating, it is in such poor repair. Frankly I want my money back but it is unlikely that I will get it. A staff member told me that the owner does not care about the hotel and refuses to do anything to repair it. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL! I wish I would have found a review to warn me before I had booked a stay here. This building needs to be condemned and knocked down.

I had stayed a couple of days with my son. Horrible experience. There are roaches, spiders and drug addicts everywhere. Also wasps and stray cats everywhere. I even stepped in dog poop. The staff is very rude except the housekeeper young black girl, Rebecca and Kenda at the front desk.

It doesn't even deserve a single star. I am giving two because the night receptionist Ally who was patient with my anger and tried her best. There was not much she could do as the owner lives in Dallas. I was charged $70 for a premium room and here is what I got: No air-conditioning No fridge No microwave No phone No ironing board No breakfast Dirty water standing on front of door Drunks banging my door during my sleep STAY AWAY from this hell hole

Becca is my favorite person here! She’s very friendly and an amazing person! She deserves A raise! The rest of the staff are great as well! We never have any problems and if we do they are prompt to fix it
