Motel 6 Laurel, DC - Washington Northeast - Motel in Laurel - 3510 Old Annapolis Rd, USA

Decent location. Affordable. The washroom was gross..it was permanently damp, smelled like mold, the ledge was broken so anything you put on it slid into the sink. Everyday our keys didn't work. Employee basically grunted at us when we asked for new ones. I asked for towels once and the woman didn't speak English. I don't mind Motel 6 but wouldn't return to this one. Needs to be cleaned up and maybe staff could smile once or twice. Also some girl screamed for a full hour at midnight in the next room. Cops came with dogs and took down some dude in the room above us so that was eventful.

This is not the motel in the pictures. I don’t know if these are stock photos from corporate Motel 6 or what, but the pictures on this listing do not match the hotel at this location. First of all, there’s no pool. Supposedly, the entire hotel is non-smoking, but the first room I got was disgusting with the smell of cigarette smoke. The clerk was helpful in getting me a new room and even followed up to make sure the second room was satisfactory, and it was. The primary motivation for me in selecting this hotel was cost. It’s also a reasonable distance from Fort Meade and within walking distance to shopping centers. There’s no fridge in the room. This is probably a good motel for one or two nights. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great. The fact that the pictures are misleading really needs to be addressed.

Older motel, but clerks were friendly and accommodating. Minimal rooms were clean & fresh & served for a night. The only complaint is that the ac/heating unit is probably a boomer like me. However, they had the room warm on a chilly, rainy evening, which was appreciated. Beds are firm, one NOT fluffy pillow per sleeper, and you'll have to ask if you require more than one light blanket. Right around the corner is every type of convenience, coffee, food, mini mall. For the low price, I'd stay again.

There's always a block party in the back of the motel and staff always acts oblivious to what happens daily. The guest know. I have spoken to different staff at different times of the day and night by phone and face to face. Nothing changed. I live nearby.

The reception desk person is awful. He did check-in slow, but still assigned us in wrong room and ask us to pay the fee difference, which is definitely his fault. He excused that he mixed my first name and last name, but I clearly repeated to him which is my first name which is my last name during check in, obviously he is not pay attention to what I was saying and end up giving us a wrong room. He is very arbitrary.

This motel has a very good location is a quiet area, people are very nice. Rooms are always clean and they do leave the lights on for you! If you rent in advance you could save a kot of money prices here are 99 and some change for 1 and 105 for 2 and they have fees if you are to early to honor your booking. Online pn their own app you can get 75 for 2 ppl.

I have stayed at this property for months. I was told tonight that I am banned from the property due to my fiancé using the bathroom outside. He has mental and health issues where he sometimes can not hold it. I would have like to have a conversation with me who was a consistent customer there for months before she told her night staff to tell me I can not stay at the property. So it seems poor management leaving your staff to do your dirty work Aleice Harrod is her name. So any complaints you have she will avoid. I hope those who support mental health refuse to stay here even if it is a great price.

Really bad costumer service, our card wasn’t trying to open the door , so we had let the front desk know about it , they replace the card for a newer one and try to open the hotel room door but nothing was working ,we even try the manager key , and the lady that works at the front desk said she couldn’t do nothing about it … we had all our stuff there and tickets that we needed for an event the following morning , she started to yell at us and was acting crazy and unprofessional.. they need to change those doors locks, never come here .
