Website needs to state that drivers need to inform motel if arriving in truck booked room online with this location, motel 6 site said had truck parking and it does, but did not specify that you had to put in comments that was driving truck. When got there was refused service and that they dint do the refunds there we had to do it. Customer care said they had to do it but suehellin at the front desk refused to do so. Appeared she was training someone and if that's the case she's teaching traine how to be a witch. Only thing that stated about had to comment truck in reservation was a copy paper at front window. This unexceptable. She is very nasty. Not very understanding.
I don't like write comments,but I was here 2 days straight, the shower didn't work,next day I got a different room ,a/c is bearly blowing ,remote control don't work,for $80 it's not worth it!
My room smelled like smoke even tho it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and my A/C bearly worked. But for the price you get what you pay for I guess.
Good motel with good rates. Expect a cold shower or bath. Otherwise good.
When it came time to check in the female at the desk told me what type of vehicle I’m driving I told her a small box truck she then reply I’m canceling your reservation there’s no more parking when I was already clearly parked smh the man before me and and the other guys after me were all mad and talking about bad service and I see that was true really bad service the white box truck is what I’m driving there’s clearly a bunch of parking

Love it! For the price, you get a small, comfortable room. The bathroom was a good size, and the bed was perfect. This is a budget hotel, so if you keep that in mind, you'll find it an incredible value. Blessings!!

Small place. But it was a lot of fun. $5 bucks for all you can play on PC and arcade?! CRAZY CHEAP. They have a lot of cute figurines and plushies to buy. They got some Gacha games.

Look, I don't live in Laredo anymore. But when we went down to visit, the one thing that was non-negotiable was visiting Chalu. I didn't even visit my grandfather , ok? Get the ternera burger, and you might forget about your family too. ð My dad
