During my stay at Motel 6, I was fortunate to encounter Sammy at the front desk, whose kindness and thoughtfulness significantly enhanced my experience. Sammy's warm smile and attentive demeanor made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Her genuine willingness to assist with any requests or concerns demonstrated a level of hospitality that far exceeded my expectations. Sammy’s exceptional service truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Look it, you are getting what you pay for. The weekend desk employee was incredibly professional - when I arrived someone was yelling at her demanding a refund because there wasn't a microwave or a fridge. When initially asked, the customer refused to give a name or room number and obviously just needed to be angry. Another person in line had a non working AC and this would be the third room he was offered. My room was clean and quiet. And freshly painted. The TV was small. The AC worked and the door locked. Water Pressure and temperature was fine. However the Shower enclosure was funky regarding where the showerhead was ...and the grate over the bathroom fan was missing. (See pic) Also: There was no outlet by the bed. The bed lamp was off center from the bed. The first thing in the room was a table and chair. The pool is out of commission. It was a perfectly good room for my purposes but it's not the ritz.

Shower in my room barely worked, only 1 pillow between 2 people and the hotel staff REFUSED TO GIVE US another pillow and was told to go and buy my own after paying 269.00 to stay in a 2* hotel for three nights. An absolute dump. Way overpriced. Folks, spend your money elsewhere where you're valued as a loyal customer.

Had hot water and a bed. Bed had 2 sheets only for cover. Asked for a blanket twice, but one gal said housekeeping had them locked away, and she couldn't get them, and the gal the next day said they were out. I asked if they were supposed to have blankets, and she said yes. All of the outlets were loose, so your charger kept falling out. The light fixture was broken. The door was warped and wouldn't be close to the bathroom. It also had a hole punched in it that was poorly patched. The two desk people were really nice, just not that helpful. No house keeping during our 3 night stay. It was right by a main road and loud, so sleeping was challenging. Won't be back here.

No microwave or refrigerator. No coffee pot. They do have complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the office, but you have to make sure you are up early because it usually goes fast. Showers are a tiny corner of the bathroom. You can’t move around in them without basically falling out. Yeah the showers SUCK! Staff has always been really nice and helpful when I’ve stayed there.

I love the convenience of my room bottom corner 107 the bath room was clean but the toilet had a leak on the bottom I was not able to get ice. I am going back but only if you fill the pool . I only went because of the Pool for my daughter and now I am staying at Town suites

Dirty room and bathroom with no refrigerator and microwave. Broken furniture and even the A/C was malfunctioning. I asked for the discount then the receptionist asked me for the five star rating. Below the expectation as I had a good experience in other state with the same company. The lady at the reception was rude and racist. I asked her to get some documents to be printed out but she lied to me that her printer is down. When I asked to get my bill printed she told me that she is going to email me but I never received it. I would not recommend to anyone please go somewhere else not this one. Doesn’t worth the money at all.

When I arrived I had to wait for 2 hours to get my room and then when I got the room it was filthy. Hair on the sink, bugs crawling in the the wall, one of the lamps missing a cover, no blanket on the bed. I asked for a blanket. Complained about it more and still had to sleep without a blanket.. I asked an old lady working at the front desk the next day for a blanket and she snapped at me and had a bad attitude. It was a waste of money and very very uncomfortable stay. I was standing there and she didn't acknowledge I was even standing there.
