Easy on/off I4 in quiet area of lakeland with plenty of restaurants nearby. Pool is kept crystal clear, pet friendly. You could tell some live there 24/7, but I think that's common of any budget hotel these days. however, no one was harassing or asking for anything. Just pass by and offer a hello, and everyone there was friendly enough. The parking lot is well lit. Most rooms overlook parking, and they will accommodate if you ask. I just like being able to see my vehicle while traveling, and I was happy to have been able to do so. I was comfortable and it was very clean.

We reserved a room with two beds for four adults,for one week. We had to take laundry down to a laundry room. ? . They then processed to make me dump my towls and bedding while several people stood there to see if and what as in stains were there. I felt as though they were belittling me. How embarrassing 😳 also would only allow me to have two towls and two wash rags. No one took the trash out. And I was refused a broom when I asked to be able to clean the floors. And apparently there's no trash bags for me to replace in the room. I literally had to borrow a broom from a maintenance man sweeping the parking lot so I could sweep my room floor. Just want to tell the staff thank you for being disrespectful and rude.

The front desk clerk was friendly but told us we had 15 minutes to decide if we wanted to cancel as we were checking in. We should have taken the hint. Sadly we stayed and regretted it. Reception refused to give any extra pillows - they said only 2 per room. The room smelled of smoke, weed, and mold. It was without any amenities like blow dryer of coffee maker. We checked the bed for bugs and there were no bed bugs but the mattress was NASTY under the mattress cover and hard as concrete. The two pillows were flat and not comfortable. The floors had recently been changed out for vinyl plank and were clean, but the roaches didn’t care and came out even tho there was not any food items. I killed 4 roaches in the bathroom and one in the bedroom area. I definitely don’t recommend staying there.

Never expected an extended stay. I am going to miss the people. Genuinely caring employees take care of this place like it is home. I am glad for that because for two months it was my family’s home. Excellent customer service, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a pool.

Amazing experience with my family. This is now the second day we've rent and on the first day there was a lady called Jennifer in the front office which was super nice and understanding to us. She should be manager like for realll. Outstanding customer service. But in general, everyone who works here is very lovely and they do their work right. The price is very economic which helps so much. So, if you need a place to stay urgently and your going through a lot, you gotta rent here!!

This motel was actually disgusting. There were stains around the rooms, on the beds and walls. Holes in the curtains, rust in the bathroom, and the floors were extremely disgusting. Like, i couldnt even walk in the room without shoes because of how dirty it made my feet. The building was lopsided, and smelled like smoke. It is pet friendly, which is nice. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Nobody took out trash, and nobody told us of the laundry policy. Apparently, you have to bring your laundry to them instead of leaving it in front of your room, which we were not informed of. The staff screamed at a member of my family, and the keycards didnt work half of the time. It is a quiet establishment, though. Everyone seems familiar with each other, which leaves me to assume that people live there. They are nice. There is a pool, but i dont recommend using it. If the rooms are that nasty, i doubt the pool is very clean. The microwave was awful, and the tv remote didnt even have a back to cover the batteries. The railing for the top floors were very wobbly. Its pretty unsafe, also the elevator was broken the entirety of our stay. And the bathroom door would get stuck if you shut it all the way. 100$ a night just to be treated poorly by staff and to stay in a dirty room is not worth it. There are a few fast food restaurants surrounding the establishment, however it does not make up for the awful placement of the building. It also doesnt make up for the fact that someone clearly entered our room, not cleaning or anything. They just left the light on, and when we came back our soap was ruined. Its near a busy highway. I dont recommend staying here, unless its a last resort.

STOP!!! DON'T CHECK IN. BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM MONEY, CHECK THE ROOM. They won't give you your money back, when you don't see the roaches right away. This hotel is gross. Dirty, moldy, stinky with roaches. They won't return your money when you change your mind and want to stay because of the bugs.
