Our room was great. The size and layout was amazing. Everything about the room exceeds expectations. What was extremely disappointing is their listed amenities are false. There is no guest laundry or vending. They have a pool but guests don't get to use it because that is where they are storing supplies like tile and ladders, etc. so it's a safety hazard. But you can sit and watch the owner's family swim in the pool when it is over 100 degrees out. Asked for a discount due to false advertising of their amenities and was denied.

I recently stayed at Motel 6 and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was impeccably clean and featured a modern, updated design that enhanced my comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. The manager, in particular, demonstrated outstanding leadership and hospitality, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Motel 6 to anyone seeking quality accommodation and excellent service.

I recently spent a day on this location and the room was clean and spacious but the best thing was the costumer service. Sam the employee that revived me was super kind, respectful and helpful responding questions and giving a 10/10 costumer service making the experience of the place 100 times better he gave me better costumer services that actual expensive hotels. Would return any day without a question!!

This Motel 6 is New all though they are in the middle of renovating their service is Great! Customer Service Excellent Friendly. Always clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Location is Great. I would recommend thus Motel if you are planning to Visit Lake Elsinore. 😊

The rooms were one of the best we stayed at while we were in California. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. We got two rooms and were both nice! We would stay there again. Our stay was at the beginning of the month.

So, this is actually my second time here...the reason I am back are for two reasons..this is not your typical Motel 6..the rooms are very clean, and I have to make a note on the hospitality of the front desk person..his name is Sam...he us very hospitable..I am happy at my second visit he us at the front desk...he will answer any of your questions and make you feel comfortable about your stay... this is definitely a different genre of a Motel 6...i would most certainly recommend
