Friendly and professional front desk. The room was clean, had a fridge (no microwave), and plenty of outlets. The lights worker and were nice and bright. Minus one star because they are not as lenient as other Motel 6s in the area with check-in/check-out times. Earliest you can check-in here is 2:30PM and 11:30AM check-out. Minus one star due to the location. It has a lot of hills, with confusing intersections.

Horrible experience, if you can call it that. I prepaid for a room for my family and service animal. We arrived after 1am for a reservation that would checkout at 11am. I was told due to not having the deposit we could not stay in a room that was prepaid. I understand the deposit system, as I have been in hospitality for quite some time. However, never once have I or would I turn away a family especially one with children to sleep in the cold outside. Having been in a senior roll in hotels, I can't wrap my mind around the idea to lose revenue for a deposit that is refunded at the end of the stay anyway. Seems counterproductive if you ask me. I was even willing to sleep outside with my dog while my family stayed in the room and was still turned away. I was to get the doposit however after walking back to the window the young lady Victoria was back on the phone with her manager discussing me. It wasn't an assumption as she said while looking me in the eye "he's back". I guess being a black family out that late we must've been asking for trouble. I was told I would be refunded and then continue Expedia to confirm this. Expedia stated they already charged them despite us not setting foot in the room. Their escalation team processed the refund for us. I know it's a motel and shady things happen there but that doesn't mean you have to emulate that with shady business practices. Judging by other reviews this is a common occurrence at this property. It's unfortunate the lack of empathy shown now. Good luck if you choose to stay here.

Stayed there for 2 days after I broke my foot. Asked for downstairs and/or handicapped room. Got both! Woman behind desk was awesome. Helped with anything I needed because she could tell, I was new to the whole on crutches thing, lol. Left a lg bag behind, she called with in an hour of me leaving, I drove back got my lg bag from house keeping (with a smile) and was happy to see my bag had not been gone through, everything was still in my bag. WOW! Im a happy customer, recommended. Thank you for having integrity and kindness.

Hard to find Cuz my phone ran out of juice. Very clean, no carpets (I like that), and basic. Convenient ent parking close to the room. Pretty sure the TV wasn't much larger than my desktop monitor lol, but it was all fine! Amiable person checked me in, efficiently.

toilet wasn’t working in our room, they didn’t offer a plunger or a new room they said they’d give me a discount in the morning, when we went to check out they not only didn’t give us our discount but kept our deposit and said we smoked inside when we didn’t and begged them to look at the cameras and wouldn’t, the management told the front desk staff “i’m not coming down and if you can’t deal with this then you’re fired” his name was matt and they also wouldn’t give us corporates number. terrible staff and just a terrible experience here.

Convenient locatio and very clean. Housekeeping did a fine job getter ng this room ready and it smelled fresh

Had to stay here because my home had no electricity and it was the only hotel available. Terrible place, they try to charge extra fees after you leave by accusing you of smoking in the room. Do not stay at this place. I called the front desk to dispute the charge but they continued to accuse me and told me to just file a complaint and then they will charge me $150. Do not stay here

I had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. So I called and the lady who answered was friendly told me what I needed as far as money deposit and so forth room was really clean also. I left my watch when I checked out and they called me and told me so I must say that I had a great experience and stay at the hotel and it was inexpensive.
