The place is a dump. Junk cars parked around the hotel with flat tires or just plain junk. Junk cars also parked right at the main office. Door to the room was filthy. The mattress must have been 20 years old and filthy with a Bed Bug cover on it. The pillows were disgusting and barely big enough to be called a pillow. The rooms don't look like they've been updated since the 1970s. The place looks like a homeless shelter! There is no excuse for this. It's in a nice area. The manager get off her butt and look at some of the other hotels in the area and learn something.

Got a room for the night and nope out of there within 15-20 minutes. It was so gross and dirty. They guy at the desk was very sweet. Only good thing about the place.

My husband and our dog have stayed here and as soon as we are able to get the funds back in order we will be going back! The rooms are VERY good sized especially compared to the other hotels in the area. The staff is very accommodating and there's no fee for pets (which is SUPER HELPFUL)! If you don't act like an idiot nor do things that you wouldn't want your granny to be a witness to then you won't have any problems! I did see a couple cockroaches however I think that with the upgrades the hotel manager is getting done that they will have them under control and gone very soon!

Candy, the general manager is one amazing lady. I have the upmost respect to her and the job she has and still does daily with this property. I recommend this motel because of her and her staff Mary is personal yet professional at the front desk and Bob the maintenance man works hard keeping it up to standard. I worked for Motel 6 corporate office for years and rate this property one of its greatest successes. Stop in and check it out. Keep up the great job guys. Candy I will never forget you and your southern charm. Thank you for making me feel like family you are the best

So, about 2 years ago now, me and my wife were staying here pretty frequently, I felt we had a good relationship with all the staff (which are all very friendly). Unfortunately, PayPal charged my account twice for 1 night stay, I explained the situation to the lady who runs the run desk, asked for a copy of my rental receipts, everything was fine up until this point. PayPal then makes another mistake, and without my permission processed a "charge back" against the motel. The next time I tried to rent a room, front desk told me I had a charge back and could not rent a room for the next 5 YEARS! Now, after a few months back n fourth emails with PayPal I got them to send the original payment back, and also paid the 2nd false charge just to remedy the situation. So, now that everyone got their money I went back to the same lady at the front desk (same lady that's always there, the manager) and explained everything that happened since the last time we spoke, but still, banned for 5 YEARS for a mistake that was both; no fault of my own, and completely resolved with all parties. I was told to take it up with corporate, and she refused to discuss the matter any further. From there things just got worse, I tried to call and email corporate for almost an entire year, and kept getting the same runaround, basically I need to sort it out with the manager, and the manager telling me to sort it out with corporate. This is definitely one of the top5 most frustrating business deals I've ever encountered, everyone got their money, and I got screwed out of $75, lost a ton of personal time, and banned (FOR FIVE ENTIRE YEARS) from the most convenient hotel in my area for my needs. It's a real shame that such a simple mistake couldn't be redeemed by such a large, and seemingly competent company, even though I had put so much time/effort into making all parties whole all while taking the full financial responsibility. This is my last stitch effort in hopes that this might not fall on deaf ears once again, and I can stop giving so much of my hard earned money to the other surrounding, very low quality hotels in the area.

Amenities: coffee in the lobby, free Wifi, HBO, microwave, refrigerator But no shampoo/conditioner, no Kleenex, could use a few more towels, Photos show a beautiful pool, but that is probably weeks from opening Also room a/c is very noisy, hot water takes about 2 minutes to arrive This location is near many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and very convenient to I-40/I-75. My suggestion: if you are traveling and need a pitstop overnight, this would do. Would not recommend for more than one night.

Nasty with roaches ... No phone in the room no coffee maker.. No breakfast..Volume on TV would not turn up.. Small pillows on the bed.. The walls was dirty.. The air conditioner was even nasty the dry wall was coming off the ceiling
