Clean room and facilities. Booked a deluxe king room. It has a small fridge and microwave. Modern and well kept. No pet fee, AND, they had a room for me early. Very nice staff as well. Definitely recommend!
The hotel had easy access off the highway. Plenty of services near by. We had everything we needed for a 1 night stay - mini fridge/microwave/table/chairs. Seemed that maybe the AC units were in the process of being replaced. Overall the property was quiet and didn't hear much street noise. Walked across the street to The Shack and had a great meal.
This place has friendly staff and a nice building. We enjoyed our stay here and were only disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were faux wood and sticky - my socks were brown on the bottom from walking in there without shoes on. The bathroom had something that looked like the #2 rubbed on the wall and floor near the toilet. They do not serve a breakfast of any kind here but they did have coffee with to go cups available in the lobby. Our room was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Lots of food options within walkable distance as well.
Our room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. The only issue is that the pillows are small, but nothing else I can say bad. Oh, on Sunday our keys weren't working, but Rebecca at the front desk fixed quickly. Pretty sure system has them reset. Very basic hotel at a reasonable price. Tv worked well, lots of channels. Would stay again at this location. Upgrade from our usual place.
Arrived about 10-11 pm was driving back home from the casino in Bristol. Tried we wanted to get some sleep . The place was dark and locked. So we thought they were closed.but seeing a note on the door to ring for help...a lady came to the door ..never even looking up at me she told us the price but we couldn't hear anything she said . I just handed her my I'd n credit card. She walked away. Then returned them with key. The room was ok it was a bed n shower. We were hungry but nothing was open so we went to sleep. Woke up at 5 am now very Hungry. My husband sees a dunking next door. He goes to leave n can't open the door... I try can't. We try for n hour or so.then we finally call the front desk (witch also took some time cause it wasn't written any were.) Any way it took about 4 hours before we got out. N we left ASAP due to the door now was off n no way to close it . And they /she said nothing. Not even a discount.. Horrible place
We feel the value is good and don't spend much time in hotels. Have to mention my white socks needed serious washing off them after walking around the room half the day as the floors are very dirty.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and hospitality I received at the Motel 6 in Colonial Heights in Tennessee. Much better than the Hilton or Marriott. I definitely will come again on my way thru.
Had a wonderful stay….one of the best motel 6…..staff is so friendly and highly recommend !!! :)
