The rooms weren't bad. On par for motel 6. Great service at front desk check in. And I couldn't get my Card to open my door and the lady came and resolved that for me no problem. The only negative were the tweaker that probably live there got going really early. Probably 2 or 3 hours b4 sunrise they were in parking lot making lots of noise. Didn't seem concerned about anyone else trying to rest. Not motel 6's fault. People are just Mething around these days. They say that meth is so Cheap now they can't afford not to do it. Much cheaper than groceries and personal care products like soap deodorant toothpaste shampoo etc.

The front desk was helpful, the drug dealers were polite and the constant sounds of highway resembles Hell's version of white noise. If the shower doesn't wake you up, the rattling pipes will be sure to wake your neighbors up. More effective than a wake up call, no doubt.... But the lady at the desk really is nice and the coffee doesn't suck.

Front desk staff was polite. Pool was open and running. Sheets appeared clean. Price was decent. But..... Overall the room was really gross. Toilet was dirty. Tub was disgusting with grime and hair. Everything had a wet streak across it like it had been wiped down with a dirty cloth. Fingerprints on door and surfaces. Nasty floors. Would not recommend or ever come back here again.

Well I really liked the location, room was so clean, the bleach smells were overwhelming. Couldn't turn on water fully, pipes went knocking. The worst part was after we got into the room, turned on the air, left to go explore, came back aft midnight.. the room was HOT!! No air at all!!! Had to sleep with the window open. Few other minor aggravations, but the room was under $100 total.

Two senior couples on vacation stopped here after a long day of driving on our way to the west coast. Rented two rooms. Sorry I didn't check the reviews better. I think this is the nastiest room we have ever stayed in. The toilet has not been scrubbed in probably a month, the mirror in the bathroom is as bad as the toilet. The tud is disgusting. My socks will be thrown out tomorrow. The dresser has spots of something all over the top..The only thing that is acceptable is that the beds have clean sheets. If we weren't so tired there's no way we would have stayed here. There's no way that Motel 6 Kingman employs a cleaning crew for this place. Whoever is managing this place must not have the knowledge to understand the health code of a hotel or Motel. IT'S FREGAN FILTHY. The more I write, the more upset I get. So I will leave it at that. ⚠️ Warning, stay away from this place. 2 and 1/2 more weeks on the road and I guarantee this is the last Model 6 we will ever stay in.

Sometimes it is difficult to determine whether one should stay at a place based on reviews. Are some people really picky and judgemental or am I just not seeing what they see. Anyway, this is by far one of the nicest Motel 6. The gal at the front desk was a delight to deal with. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel is either new or the rooms recently redone. Nice black out curtains. The king bed was really comfortable. The furnishings are nice but no comfy chair to sit on. No carpet making things nice and clean to walk on. This place was clean, no smell. Had a comfy, quiet night. There is a shower tub which makes for a great soak with lots of hot water. All in all this was a great place to stay and the price was right. If you are expecting a fridge, microwave or coffee machine, this isn't for you. But if all you need is a good night's sleep, this is the place. Another thing, the lamps and end table have USB plugs.

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's 1:30 in the morning and its 84 degrees inside and the air conditioning doesn't work. No mini fridge to keep anything cool to drink. Grubby and drab. Not a nice place. Pass. The front desk girl was nice. That's the only thing, though.

So I’m giving this certain location a 5 out of 5 rating. I’m used to staying at The Hamptons Hotels but as when someone comes across changes and other places pop up, I’m the one to jump on the opportunity. This place is a second home to me and the staff along with the manager have/has been very respectful and professional. Just to let you know my furbabies are also welcomed and they get really excited whenever we stay over for the night. They love this place as well. So all in all everyone is happy here. Thank you Motel 6 for being at the right location 24/7 365 days a year.
