Like the other reviews said, there are no check-in people here at this hotel. Used a kiosk to check in and get a motel room key. Very dark hallways, was the only one here so far. At 7 pm 8/27/2024. Boss booked this motel. The room has a strange smell like it's been smoked in, and the person had pets. But im not scared to be here alone in this 60-room motel. Check the pictures out that I posted of the dark hallway and the only vehicle in the parking lot. Kinda spooky 👻 to be here alone. Will edit by morning if there are any issues if i make it thru to morning 🔪. 🤣 You would think that owner/management would do something about all the same complaints besides telling everyone the same thing after they leave a bad review. Just fix the problems, and you might get more than 1 person staying here tonight. I have no choice but to stay because the boss booked this motel, or I would have left. How do expect someone to feel safe when you can't even see your room number down the hallways.

Having to video chat with a guy in India was a little jarring at midnight, but it got the job done. Rooms are smoking and non-smoking by room instead of by floor, which is pretty much like having a peeing section in a pool... My non-smoking room and the entire 3rd floor smelled like a giant ashtray. I had to request a new room with the same video kiosk.... I'm at least glad there was a human on the other end. Had to wait 30 minutes for a room to get cleaned before I could sleep... Sounds like they were understaffed and couldn't get all the rooms clean... Which I know how that goes, so I'm not mad at them for that. The hallways were extremely hot and humid, which I imagine without the ventilation just made the smell on the 3rd floor that much worse... I'm guessing they keep it shut off to save a few bucks. Again the staff there was helpful, but I feel like they have a lot of little problems that add up, and not enough actual human people on property to keep things acceptable. I wish the human people who work there, who are probably stretched thin and struggling, the best of luck... But don't bother leaving the light on for me.

We’ll check in was a breeze but no lights in hallway is cheap cheap and not very safe! Rooms ok. Outside is disgustingly- weeds 4’ high and the pool is closed. Laundry was closed as well. Like why advertise if they are not gonna be working. No air in halls as well as the no lights. Not impressed. It’s pet friendly and apparently they have smoking rooms - 3 rd floor. Anyways won’t be back. But they def need to do a major cleanup. Lobby was filthy as well. Won’t be staying at any motel 6 if this is the way they are being renovated. FYI!! The stuff closed was not under Reno either

Really nice looking hotel on the outside. Checking in was really interesting with a virtual front desk agent. The room was cozy and air conditioned. Pets stay free! This was great on my move across the country with my two cats. They loved the window and I got to enjoy the most restful night of sleep I’ve had in a few weeks. Great food options within 5 mins of the hotel. Super great if you’re on a budget or with pets.

This hotel is lacking in person staff. Upon check-in you are greeted by a virtual attendant, who was pleasant, but not the same experience as face-to-face. There was not a refrigerator in our double room as the description indicated. The hotel ice machine was no longer in the vending area. Obviously it was broken. My husband had to go to the truckstop, convenience, store, next-door, to purchase ice. There are signs everywhere telling you to dial zero from your in room phone, and there are 24/7 staff available. We called six different occasions, and no one ever answered, leaving you to believe that there was no one on site to help with any issues. Also, the lighting in the hallways was very poor and almost nonexistent, we had to use the flashlights on our phone just to find our room. The cleanliness of the room was adequate and the location was also very convenient being it was right off interstate 70

Other than wifi being slow it was a good night in a clean room with soft beds and soft pillows. The shower was almost as good as the one at home.! Easy check in . No hassle motel. I do recommend.

You are greeted by a computer not a person. Our keys never worked more than once. We had to get multiple keys made. We were on the second floor and there were no lights in the hallway. Our nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Holey curtains/bedspread.

Wish I had read the reviews before I booked here! Could not understand the person on the virtual check in. Took much longer to check in than I am accustomed to. The lights in the hallways are so dim that when I got off the elevator, I thought the floor was closed down for repairs! The room while far from perfect appears to be reasonably clean. There is NO soap or shampoo! Ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine. On the website it listed a seasonal pool, but it is closed. At the virtual check in kiosk it says there is always someone on property. If so, they aren't answering the phone. And please don't say you are sorry you didn't meet expectations! The reviews have been complaining about the same things I have just mentioned for the past 9 months. Plenty of time to change things around if you actually wanted to. Will NEVER stay here again! And will probably never stay at a Motel 6 again because of this experience!
