Call center booking- amazing. Made special request for bottom level since we have kids. Front desk attendant was pleasant, request not able to be honored. Two beds squeezed into room meant for one bed. Security guard in parking lot. People hanging out. Toilet dirty. Bed only had sheets and pillows. No top blanket. Bathroom door missing inside handle so you’d have to ask someone to open door for you. I, generally, enjoy motel 6 with our dog. This place was not acceptable.

Booked room for 7 days..WILL be getting a refund for 6 days after today. Roaches literally everywhere. Not only that but the bathroom had an awful smell and there is a huge section of the wall on the bottom that is exposed and looks awful. Refrigerator had exposed wires and was leaking, looks like a fire hazard waiting to happen. Had to sleep in increments because we didn’t want bugs crawling on us through the night. Couldn’t even physically relax nor did we want to take shoes off or anything. TV didn’t work, lights barely worked, stains on the wall and even in the bathroom sink, shower, and under the sink there was some kind of green fluid stain. Sheets on the bed were paper thin, I mean I could go on. When we were told our room number and when we went around the corner there were 2 men standing around the stairs looking at us the entire time we walked by and had what looked like a crack pipe. I work law enforcement and let me tell you that was NOT marijuana they were smoking. Do NOT stay here unless you can carry. I get it’s not a Hilton or a Hamilton inn but do better. This is ridiculous and no matter the price point a motel should be up to standards. I definitely think all the 5 star reviews are fake and the owner replying to bad comments saying they hold themselves to a high standard is a joke.

La piscine était hors service, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre car elle empestait la fumée et n’avait certainement pas été nettoyée, pour y accéder der il a fallu enjamber quelques familles devant les escaliers. La seconde chambre n’était pas mieux nous n’avions qu’un coussin pour deux et un maigre drap sur le lit. Nous avions le sentiment de déranger

Positive: Nothing they moved me to three different rooms and none of the rooms had a blanket. One of the rooms didn?t have a TV not one phone worked in all three rooms. I ended up having to go to Walmart and getting a blanket, purchasing a blanket very dirty bugs Negative: Everything the pool didn?t work. It was very dirty. There was cockroaches in the room three rooms later and I still didn?t get a room with the blanket.

The bed was clean but the floor was sticky and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We stopped for one night only. The refrigerator was slow with cooling and there was no ice cubes to be found. Both machines were broken. The surroundings were clean. The clerk was super nice but when traveling certain needs are to be meet.

The first room we were assigned had a clogged toilet full of feces. The second room we got had a broken TV. No clean sheets. No clean towels. On our second day there Security stopped my husband and his friend threaten to trespass them unless they checked into the front office. we had submitted both of our drivers license when we checked in the day before. My husband and him is friend were targeted because of how they looked and the type of truck car we drive.

Me and my grandmother stayed here for about 2 nights after we were traveling from our home state, when we arrived pretty late in the night the front desk staff Mariah was extremely helpful and very nice with us. The room was nice and looked clean. We had asked for a bottom floor placement and she made sure to find us one! It was a very pleasant stay and the housekeepers are very helpful and friendly as well.

LANISA the general manager customer service was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated and satisfied . She was very kind and the room was very clean and nice
