Motel 6 Issaquah, WA - Seattle - East - Motel in Issaquah - 1885 15th Pl NW, USA

Had a three night stay over the weekend and I only ever interacted with one person in the office (starts with an M) but she was absolutely amazing and I cannot thank her enough for being so kind! Rooms aren’t bad, left for the day and came back to our room being humid but I asked for a fan got it aired out and it was fine. Pool was nice. Beds aren’t bad. Only wish there was more space to put luggage.

During our check-in 08/31, my man was telling me how this white lady helped him as we reserved our room online the night before. She tried to tell him the room was about $274.00, not when we first reserved it on Friday 8/30/24 it showed $160 on motel 6 website pluse the $50 deposit. She then stated that she was sorry and that there was nothing she could do. In the end, it was finally resolved after she did check my man and I into the system that he did only have to pay the $160. We were going to say that is price gouging customers that are regulars as we travel for work. She was sorry and friendly at the end, after all. I understand everyone can be working under pressure, especially on a busy day/on holidays, doesn't mean it's okay to not have a friendly customer service attitude. Instead, say more like "sir/ma'am I'm sorry it shows here in our system, but maybe if I ran it this way, it will give the right amount shown to you with the discount when u reserved it yesterday night." Then to say "sorry that's just the rates shown I see right now in my system, and there's nothing I can do!" But bottom line is it was finally resolved. Room: The room was decent. The AC barely helped during the hot days as it hit right on our room door and our window. The shower was a torture of the shower head. We couldn't adjust the water pressure. The pressure of the water was too strong, and it felt like a bunch of needles 🪡 just puncturing our skin. Other than that, it was a great stay. The rooms were clean and smelt clean. I like how the police 🚔 patrolled the facility.

Very friendly staff! Piero at the front desk was very helpful with getting ANYTHING we needed! Rooms were clean, turn down service was perfect! And let’s not forget, you have multiple restaurants and grocery stores around! Will definitely be staying here again!

Room was in bad repair (see pictures). We were charged $160 per night including tax for a room that was not fit to rent out. It shows a clear lack of good management. It sullies the Motel 6 brand. We expected Motel 6 to be simple but clean and in good repair.

Everything was to be expected with regards to quality for the price. The inside of the rooms were clean and the temperature of the room was good. Although all the rooms had a nonsmoking sign on them, the room had a very strong odor. I’ve stayed here twice by myself to MTB in the area, probably not a place I would stay with my family.

AC did not work in the room (as mentioned in many other reviews) which I assume the operators are aware of as we arrived to find the window had been left open despite the thermostat claiming the cooling was on and set to 69. While debating about sleeping in the 84 degree room, or risking it with the window open, we discovered the flip over door latch couldn't be used as the two pieces were badly misaligned. Started the next morning using a dark bathroom as the light was broken, said hello to the wall roach, and discovered blood on the bedsheets on the unused side of the bed. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly when telling us "maintenance will look at the room and we will contact you if we decide you get any money back". $150 bucks for the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 0/10, substantially worse than just sleeping in your car.

The staff at this location are the best I have encountered at any Motel 6. Friendly, genuine and really great people. This location is great! The one issue i had while at this location was the sporadic wifi service. Its great on one side of the motel. Nonexistent on the other. But other than that it was a truly great stay. They have an on site laundry room for guests. Of course pets are welcome, and they have a jar of dog treats on the counter when you check in! Coffee is always ready, and you can always find a smiling face on the other side of the desk.

Positive: The beds were comfortable. Negative: There had obviously been a water disaster in the bathroom. The flooring had been replaced but the replacement ended at the bathroom door and the (vinyl) flooring just outside was warped and separating from the floor base. The room smelled of mildew.
