There was no hot water in our shower and the front desk was really uninterested in resolving our concern. When spoken to about it their response was “right ok”. Our room was very hot and took half way through the night to cool off. We asked for two extra pillows and they said they did not have any more pillows

Stayed here when my flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. Customer service was okay. Only one person up front with a huge line of people, causing us to get to our room later than we wanted. Rooms are very basic. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The A/C is very loud, however didn’t really bother me. What bothered me was that there wasn’t any soap in the shower?? My checked bag was held up at the airport so I didn’t have anything to clean myself with. Soap would’ve been a game changer. But just had to rinse myself off after traveling for 13 hours already. This hotel mostly seems like a place where people may stay if they missed their connecting flight and have to stay overnight. Soap with a shower would be nice especially after a stressful travel.

No real amenities, not even shampoo and conditioner, had to ask for some at the front desk. Was given plastic packets, but once I was in the shower I discovered they couldn't be opened without scissors! The towels were so rough and scratchy it literally hurt to dry off! No food options within walking distance. The rooms themselves look like low budget dorm rooms and the air conditioner barely worked which is hell in August in Dallas. The only positive was the fact that the mattress was reasonably comfortable.

A perfectly functional, clean motel room. The a/c works well enough to keep even the Texan heat at bay. It's not an elegant place to spend a vacation, but if you're just looking for a bed close to the airport, it's a decent choice. (Be warned that if you get in late, you'll have no dining options short of takeaway.) The shuttle service is well organised, and efficient. Were it not for the sign in the shuttle that states that management does not pay the driver a decent salary, I'd have given the motel 4 stars.

If you just need a place to sleep and shower because your flight came in late and you have to get the shuttle to the airport at 6 am, it's just fine. I wouldn't recommend it as a long term stay or a place for families. Rooms are very basic. Air conditioner is loud. Towels are small. No frills. Front desk staff was helpful and nice. You can schedule a shuttle to take you to the airport. There's no food nearby except for a very basic restaurant at the Clarion next door.

There are better options in the immediate vicinity but for the cost and an overnight or two, it’s convenient to the airport and other conveniences. I rely heavily on reviews to find a place to lay my head and this one should not be rated like it’s supposed to be a more luxurious hotel chain. ||Good, friendly staff. Clean room. Bed comfy. Shower worked. Area is clean and vagrant-free. Shuttle was on time. They had coffee. ||Again, good motel. If you need/want more amenities and luxury, don’t book a Motel 6 expecting Ritz Carlton and slam them on reviews.

Great rooms at a great price. Only literal minutes to the nearest highway. Many of the rooms have nice comfortable beds and warm showers. The only thing missing here at this location is a swimming pool, but that's okay. Mostly friendly staff and service. My overall rate is 4.8 out of 5 stars.

Sooooooo getting room is fine no hassles at all. Didn’t have hot water, they tried to fix the problem but couldn’t so they moved me to another room. The room didn’t smell all that great but after I aired it out and sprayed it was fine. My only issue is the bite marks on my legs and the bite mark on my arm. I understand you all allow pets BUT to be getting bit up by fleas or bed bugs while (really look like flea bites but still you never know) sleeping in a “clean room” is insane. I didn’t come with any bite marks and left with several.
