- Hair found on bed sheets - At 4am there’s two people fighting and shouting loudly in the hallway - Only 2 soap; no shampoo or conditioner or body wash or hair dryer or tooth brush or tooth paste or lotion or anything else in room - Bedside light color is bright white instead of yellow, disturbs sleep - Bathroom door has auto-close, which makes it impossible to keep bathroom door open - Bathroom light is auto motion detection and cannot be turned off. So middle of the night if I want to use the bathroom the light still turns on, which again disturbs sleep - No breakfast - Comforter texture not breathable; very hot at night - Towel texture similar to carpet; does not absorb water - right next to highway; noisy

The area really sucks but the casino is right up the street that's a plus. New motel so room are very nice I gave a 1 star review at 1st all because I got robbed at gunpoint right at the gas station across the street. Didn't make away with much just my watch and 20$ i had on me. Smh for San bernadino scum. Get a job you low lifes.

Had to stay for a night, good value. Its been remodeled. It does not have carpets in the rooms, but I like that, seems nicer, cleaner. We were able to find a place to eat nearby, stores as well. Pretty central. Would def stay again.

It was a nice building but the front lady had an attitude the whole time we was there, she looked like she didn’t want to be there at all and had no customer service skills. Wasn’t relaxing it was kind of inconvenient. No Microwave or mini fridge in the rooms, could’ve been disclosed before brining foods. Some channels went out, the rooms were smaller than expected with no breakfast included which was listed on website, the website doesn’t tell you about the $100 deposit either, overall wouldn’t go again the hotels in the hood are better

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This place is severely understaffed and no one will go out of their way to help you. They DOUBLE CHARGED ME and WILL NOT pick up the phone. I booked 2 rooms months ago and decided to cancel one of them. I spoke to the front desk last month and they said it will all be taken care of. When I arrived for my stay, they said there’s still 2 rooms but they will only charge for 1. Guess how many rooms they charged for? I was double charged for 2 rooms and I CANNOT get a hold of anyone on the phone.

Our very first visit here was 12/2022. The main reason for always choosing this location among the others is due to the surpassing expectations received by staff members. Priscilla has always over delivered and goes the extra mile regarding our stay and availability. Her husband, Tony is genuinely polite and always going beyond the call of duty especially pertaining to safety for all. Charity, Kandis and Carrie transcend and excel at their front desk duties and are a pleasure to be welcomed by upon entering and exiting. Veronica is by far the most obliging and accommodating housekeeper on-site. Her friendly demeanor and making sure we were taken care of with toiletries, fresh towels, clean linen and a welcoming scent after servicing our room. Tom is always hard at work doing something and keeping busy on the property. He is the reason this Motel 6 is well maintained and kept clean inside and out. Thank You, staff at Highland Motel 6 for making our stay feel like home and for “keeping the lights on”. Your professionalism, hard work and dedication, do not go unnoticed. Blessings.

This hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. I really loved how close it was to the casino. I only stopped because I didn't feel like driving back to LA and I am glad I did!

The property is unlike any other Motel 6 in the I.E.! Very clean, high quality and full of helpful and knowledgeable staff! The manager Priscilla is quick with accommodations and special requests. She keeps the rift raft out and keeps the doors locked... which is excellent because I don't have to worry when my kids went to the vending machines in the lobby for snacks. The housekeepers aren't stingy with the towels and they are pleasant when I asked them for extra cleaning details. Tony, the maintenance manager had to come and fix my toilet paper holder and he was very quick, friendly and even waited until I was present and didn't go in my room without permission. The free coffee is excellent. Kate and Ms. Charity are very nice and always try to find me the best deals when I go. I dont go anywhere else... this place has it all. The location is prime, the rooms are spot on.....you will not find a better place with better staff anywhere!
