Motel 6 Hazelwood, MO - Motel in Hazelwood - 5781 Campus Ct, USA

My room had fleas. The manager told me to leave my dog in my room because he was causing dogs in other rooms to bark when we walked by instead of telling the guests with barking dogs to control their dogs. I found this request annoying as my dog did nothing but walk by. This was a very expensive room without frills, there's no microwave, coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. Only coffee is offered in the morning not breakfast.

Im stranded from VA. These people are absolutely amazing!!! I'm very tight on money and they held id and my credit cards in loo of deposit. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TO THE TEAM AT MOTEL 6 IN HAZZELWOOD, MO. Also, the room was very clean. New stuff. Very quiet.

I'm actually impressed, I'm still here it's nice and clean and it's connected to Denny's, so you can get food 24/7 Tonight is my last night here and I ran into a problem, they got roaches. I had to remove all my clothes and shake them out, because I can't take them back to Detroit with me.

The room had an old smelly smell to it and the towels and linen was very dingy and dirty looking. I had to go buy pillows and towels cause I was afraid to use there’s which I always bring my own but never had to buy pillows…it was awful

There were roaches in the room, we never even sat down our bags. Immediately got a refund and left. You could hear everyone in every room from the hallway. Do not stay here.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure when I first drove up. Building could use a little TLC. However, front desk service was so friendly and quick. The room was very large and clean, with a nice size table, plenty of storage, and a deep bathtub! Everything worked, plus sheets and pillows were good. I had stopped traveling and checked in specifically to watch college football bowl games. This motel had the largest selection of channels I’ve ever seen at a Motel 6. It was a nice treat after the games. Denny’s next door was efficient and tasty. As always, I’m a loyal Motel 6 guest because of their pet-friendly policies and room finishes. Thank you for making it easy and fun to travel with pets! Would definitely stay again.

The prejudices of the fellow POC workers is absurd. You shouldn’t treat your guests as burdens when in need of service. No way we have cards we just got for the room, and the key doesn’t work. Then when in need of getting the key fixed, you are prejudice. It’s a shame how people of color will still view black people the way racist white people do. But thanks for the room we cleaned up ourselves.

I honestly never expected to give 5 stars to a motel 6, for obvious reasons. And yet, here we are. I felt safe here. I've been staying at a lot of motels and hotels lately, and this is where I have felt the safest. The staff has been so kind and welcoming. They let me know that they're keeping an eye on my safety, and that feels amazing. I highly recommend them.
