Not a great area. Cleaning woman is very rude. I tried to get a late check out, was willing to pay for just 1 more hour & they said they don't do that. I asked for 10 mins passed 11 to get gone. The office agreed. Cleaning lady comes knocking & I nicely explained what was going on. She told me no. I have to leave right then she needs to clean. Then proceeded to tell me I had 10 mins to leave. Like duh lady, I done confirmed that with the office. Rooms had dead bugs smeared on the wall and sheets & blankets were digusting. Stairwell had cigarette butt's, trash, mini liquor bottles & what looked like the tobacco out of a cigar all over the stairs. Elevator scared the crap out of me. Was worried it was just going to drop. We just wanted to save some money since we were only in that state for that 1 night. Never again. I'll gladly spend more to get friendlier service & a more accommodating hotel with clean rooms.

This hotel was nice - especially if you consider price and convenience. The staff was very kind— Reese was friendly and helpful and very welcoming even in the middle of the night when we arrived. The lady manager and employee Sukar were very polite and helpful at checkout. Clean sheets and clean towels.

Only thing good about this hotel is that it was convenient for being booked at last minute. First hotel I ever stayed in that had roaches. Everything in the room was out dated. Just throw the whole damn hotel away.

I'm a veteran who stayed at this location.The room that I stayed in had a broken shower handle and a broken door handle.The room had an HD television but didn't have any HD channels .The hallway carpet had stains on it.I could smell smoke to a certain degree. The building was a nice building to a certain degree inside and out.But they need to fix the broken items and make improvements . They need to make that motel a non-smoking motel.I don't like the smell of smoke of any kind coming from the rooms.Also it would be nice if they had a hot breakfast.

Awful experience. Staff very distant to guests. Felt very insecure for the one night I stayed. Room was horrifying. Felt like I was in a horror movie. Found out the next morning a lady had been stabbed and assaulted outside of the motel. Stay very far away from this area.

When I arrived the employee told me I could not check in due to him closing registers and I had to wait for another employee to clock in which took about 20-25 mins. After getting in the room I had to clean the room floors , showers , and change bedding as well as put plastic on beds due to blood stains being on both. When I booked the room the weekly rate was $470 I got charged for 5 nights 6 days. When I asked if I could get compensated for the extra day I was told no I had to pay for an extra day. When I tried to pay for some reason there machines was not working I then explained to Brandon that I would just get the money out the atm & pay Brandon informed me that I would be charged an additional $25 plus the nightly rate. I got no help from no one. I had to call the police 2xs to stop Brandon from harassing me when I was packing my belongings and the officer informed him that he would have to wait until I was completely checked out due to evidence that I was in the right and Brandon was not trying to accommodate me or even allow me to pay remaining balance. This motel lacks empathy, does not properly clean rooms and hallways are extremely extremely dirty smelled like urine, and not cleaned, and pieces of ceiling missing. The ice machine even had mold in it. I’m extremely disappointed and will be calling the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable.

There's big roaches running through the rooms at night, and if you mention it to the front desk, they red flag you instead of just getting an extermination
