Front desk clerk chartelle has been the best. One of the nicest employees there.. anything we need she has made sure we had in a very timely manner. She is very upbeat and brings us joy every time we are in contact with her. Would definitely stay again as long as she is who we get to deal with.
Positive: The front desk lady she was very helpful with everything we needed or as for Negative: Yes we had roaches all in our room along with mold and mildew. The cleaning staff wouldn't clean our room or provide clean linens or towels. I had to Chace the cleaning staff to get a mop and broom to clean my room. Other than Hotel employee everyone else was rude.
Horrible ! They did not honor the business agreement with Expedia saying its first come first served. Our rooms were supposed to be non smoking but they were not , you could smell cigarette smoke before you even opened the door. The rooms were small and had moldy stains on pillows and mattresses. The bathroom light that was in the ceiling right above tub flickered off and on as if it has a short in it. The second level walkway leans to the side and is weak in some places . Thankfully , the manager gave us a refund within minutes without any problems
Not a hotel for the faint of heart. The gentleman sharpening his sawblade next door was freaky, the fighting in front of our room was noisy, the room was dirty, i could go on but you get the picture. No consideration for my 82 year old dad with health problems when i asked for a downstairs room. She just said ill cancel your reservation if he cant climb stairs. If i could have kept driving i would have. Lesson learned next time ill pay the extra $$ for the pets and stay in a decent place. Im having flashbacks to american horror story murder hotel. Please dont stay here if you need a clean quiet place to sleep for you and your pets KEEP DRIVING
The rooms have mold everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and unexcaptable. Towel had blood on it. Wifi and lights don't work, no phone in room, TV remote broken. Mine is not the only room like that. Another couple was given a room just as bad, so they left to go somewhere else. I couldn't cos I have a dog with me so I'm restricted as to where to stay, but booked the rest of my stay at Ocean springs property as of tomorrow so spending only the 1 night here unfortunately. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. I booked for 17 days but can't stay here it's a health hazard. They refused to refund my money for the rest of my 16 days, had to call booking. com so now they're required to refund me the rest of my stay that I will not use. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else for a couple of $ more a day. It looks like they haven't fixed anything since hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. Would give it minus 5 stars if I could.
I love the atmosphere the workers are world class jade and ahmit being a couple of my favorites some of the guest could leave and it'd be way better but I. These times we have to learn to love each other's claws as well and still be able to co exist. Love isn't lost in this world just very few seek it. This place has love for those who don't abuse it and you can't ask for much more.
This motel had a broken curtain in it & a light that did not work over sink, so you could not look in the mirror and see yourself. Trash was all over outside the motel. There was no room service to clean room, plus the area was not safe.
We were unable to stay very long but Chartel was so welcoming and nice!! I had spoken to her the night before and when I came in to check in she said “ I’ve been waiting to meet you” she made the whole experience one to remember. The hotel was clean and the pool was enjoyable. I would stay there again Kayla B
