This place is not worth staying at when we first got there the place seemed good. Very few of the staff are nice most are rude and hateful and act as if the place is extremely expensive and 5 star when it's not. It's supposed to be pet friendly but from the moment we got there everyone was hateful about our animals. When we went to get ice I was told by I'm guessing a housekeeper we are only allowed to get ice once a day and only one bowl. We booked for 6 days but only stayed 3 because we were threatened to be kicked out so we left on our own so we were able to get a refund for the 3 days we didn't stay. The manager is rude and always yelling at everyone when I went to the desk to ask about our complaint he already got an attitude with me when I was speaking calmly and just wondering what what happening. He kept yelling and freaking out like a mad man. Once I knew the situation I agreed to checkout so there was no problems and i didnt lose my money. When I was checking out the manager was already yelling and screaming again at another guest and kicking them out as well. I feel like one day someone is going to lose their patience with him and seriously injure him because he shouldn't speak to people the way he does. He talks to you like you are trash and not good enough to be dirt under his feet and he yells and screams like a child. Every other motel 6 I have stayed at never treated guests like this. The only good office person is the late night man that wears a suit. He was very kind and professional.
The majority of the staff is polite. They range from friendly to cruel. The manager (you'll know as soon as you interact with him) is rude, loud (yells at people who stay there), and makes up new rules along the way. We stayed there several weeks. The manager yelled at my child and me when he could've simply been professional and spoken calmly with us. This happened multiple times. The first time was because we were going to the pool and had our dogs sitting by the pool, my teenager was holding onto their leashes. They weren't going in. He screamed at us like we were assaulting his mother. He is described as "rude" and "hateful" by his own staff. Don't stay here for any length of time if you don't wish to be berated for the smallest of things. Everyone but the male manager is fantastic.
Had a very pleasant experience here - well worth it! No bugs, clean. The place was super affordable, with no pet fees and they do offer some black tea and coffee in the morning. The rooms are very clean, it was a very modest and minimal motel on the outside, it’s a little more rugged, but the inside was fine, and looked no different than the normal chain branch hotel that cost 120 to 150. Great location, only 10 minutes from airport, and many food places within a 10 minute drive.
Rooms are clean and nice enough for anybody. However the tub didn’t drain and although the staff were nice, their reply back was to get some gloves and get the hair out the drain. The toilet also had low pressure and there was a smell in some parts of the motel that was questionable. However the pool look very pretty and the beds were spotless as well as all of the room.
I will never rent here again upon arriving. I tried to check in the man at the front desk. Try to tell me I was the banned From the property, but he still rent me a room that doesn’t make sense. The staff at the front desk was very rude, talking to us harsh and being very disrespectful Anyway, they put me on the first floor, which wasn’t problem. I have other families up here. They also got a room the man in the front desk. Try to tell my brother about five guys that apparently came up there to the room and was looking for his room and he better do some about it before he called, but they called the police which state my brother knew nothing about us like we knew something about it when he said they was going to my room he said that they was coming to my room didn’t make sense Then they came to try to say that we had too many people in the room, which they already knew the count of people that was there. My daughter walked out the room To get some utensils and the man and the purple suit looking like Barney, tell her that when she comes out the room, don’t make no noise because she’s scaring the people here she’s 12 And wouldn’t even say anything when she walked out. The next day I went up to the front desk to talk to you The man on charge, which I think was the manager of the property or Maybe owner upon talk to him I’ll talk to him with respect and he got harsh with me. Trying to say I went in a room in June I had 8 poeple in my room, which was lie, Then told him that that was not me I didn’t stay here and you continue to tell me that that was me and told Me that whenever I leave, I can’t come back. I’m banned. Which it didn’t matter to me because I already said I wasn’t coming back because of the way that they treated me and my family but what I am gonna say is that they need to learn how to talk to people as they enter into their establishment train there employees as well as themselves how to respect people and talk to people I never in my life stayed at a place where I was treated that they treated us here and not only that after me and the owner got Into it, I told him that he can refund me my money And I can go Somewhere else to stay he then told me he can’t refund me my money back, but I can stay tonight But in the morning, I had to pack my things and don’t return to their property because I am banned
I'm giving a 5 star review based on expectations vs. reality... Really had some apprehension after reading some of the other reviews. However... rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the staff was awesome! Special notice to Dan at the front desk, and David on the night shift. Thanks for a nice stay!
We arrived late in the morning, after 1 a.m. on 7/13/24 front desk clerk, David talked very down to me, said he could tell by my face I was tired, kept putting his hand up to me everything I said, told me it is better not to say anything, said the price was not correct when I had my paper where I made reservations, I went ahead and gave him my credit card, AARP card, no he said I didn't ask for them. Wait until I do. We stayed in Motel 6's all the way across the United States and this guy has no business checking in guests. I do not appreciate being talked down to and humiliated.
Not pet friendly not kid friendly manager treats people really bad and rude they don't like to talk they just like to yell and disrespect people they like to kick people out all the time and keep their money they need to change the manager and a lot of the staff maybe it would be better not a good hotel only stayed because it had a room available moving to the red roof next door because it's better manager is so rude and yells and screams and doesn't care about the guests that are PAYING for their stays I see why the hotel is so empty and they barely make money the owner needs to rethink his staff and manager

My favorite coffee shop, itâs the spot for the cozy girlies. My partner brought me here for the first time and since then itâs been the spot. I like their lattes and egg omelette.
