Best Motel 6 I ever stayed! Clean and decent rooms, convenient location, friendly staff. Pet friendly without additional charge. The only issue is the noise as it is close to the main street, and the wall is not soundproof and you can hear people easily from other rooms during daytime, but the night is fine.

We stayed two nights and booked two rooms. Front desk staff was friendly. Upon check in one of the kids went to use the bathroom in the lobby and the toilet was plugged. First room was missing both headboards but still had the hardware attached to the wall. There was dog food on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet paper roll holder was missing, the toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom counter. The second room had a hair clump in the bathtub and the dresser in the room had not been wiped down. This all made us wonder how often the rooms get cleaned in between guests. ||There was fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. Very disappointed overall.

This Motel 6 focuses on cleanliness, and it showed. The desk manager Tiffany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was training a new hire, Beau, who was guest-oriented. I realize they are probably on a tight budget, but that desk manager was doing the best with what she had for each guest.

There is nothing special here. I will edit by morning if there is an issue. Just seen trash in the garbage can in my room. Must have been from the last person . So that means this room wasn't cleaned that good. Terrible . I gave 4 stars but then saw that, so now it's 2 stars. Do better housekeeping and motel6.

We have stayed at this motel a number of times over the years and it is what is expected of a Motel 6.|It is comfortable with good beds, the air conditioning works well, and is clean. It is however showing its age, and could use renovating. |The hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and the main road through town. | There are restaurants within a less than five minute walk.

When we got there we were told that Priceline had made two reservations for us. One in my first name and one in my middle name. However neither one would work in the motels computer system. It took us almost an hour to get checked in.The cards to unlock the door would only work for one time and then had to re-charged at the front desk-EVERY TIME!! The wooden floor had been washed but not rinsed and the soap residue was sticky enough to be dangerous to walk on. The entrance door top hinge had all eight screws loose and so you had to kick the door open or slam it shut. I told the front desk about it and they said that it would be turned in to maintenance but it was never touched. We stayed four nights and NOT ONCE were any of the towels or bedding linens changed:my wife discovered where the laundry room was and unloaded two dryers-enough clean linens for us after two days of NO LINEN SERVICE IN OUR ROOM!! The toilet lid was broken and the tube diverter spout leaked badly and the light in the bathroom was flickering and trying to burn out completely. We even borrowed a plastic chair from the lobby area so we had something to sit on other than the bed.

I had reserved 3 days before I needed to come to Great falls Montana for the Montana State Fair on the second of August of 2024. I had registered the same way I did last year on their website My information as far as my credit card information was put in apparently was saved as well so there was easy to put it in and submit. I got a confirmation number sent to my email but as far as anything else that was it. I assume that the thing was taken care of because of the confirmation number. I come there and my reservation is not there at all, apparently I had to call to confirm my reservation as well as my credit card again. I have done this before and I thought that I only had to present my card at the desk when I got there. Apparently not this guy who owns the place cancels reservations because of his computer program that if it doesn't show compromise like that I am gets screwed out of a room. I show up there on the 2nd and find out that this exact information. On top of that the woman at the desk is overwhelmed by the fact that there is things going on like this all the time. And there's also people in the parking lot having some kind of loitering / disagreements out there so she had to call the cops at that moment. I held nothing against the clerk it's the company that I have a problem with. The company needed to have a confirmation call or an email stating that I had to call the location. They had my billing and everything ready I assumed everything was taken care of on the email. As a result I had to travel back to my hometown which was Havre Montana that same night after watching a show that got over at 11: 30. Fortunately it was able to get home without running into any deer or problems. On top of that all these motel 6's I've seem to come up have really bad insulation so it's easy to hear people with their dogs barking.

The location is great, conveniently close to a gas station and a grocery store. The rooms are decent but could be improved with the addition of coffee machines and other amenities. Given the current offerings, it doesn't feel like good value for money.
