Travel nurse here. Booked this location for business purposes. I gave 1 star wouldn’t let me leave 0. They advertise on-site laundry. Washer and dryer don’t work. Told property manager and then told I had to call the service number on appliances. Then What The actual £¥ck does the property manager do? While I was explaining what my issue was to the property manager I was told “can you finish your story because Im busy “This morning our room flooded. Place is practically empty and we were told we had to move to second floor. Husband has a bad back and we explained this and requested to remain on first floor. Told we had to move to second floor even though the place is practically vacant Called corporate customer service to just request a refund and explain the situation and was basically read a policy manual. When I mentioned the word refund the rep acted like they couldn’t hear me and disconnected the call. DO NOT book here. Horrible front desk, no laundry facilities, property manager is rude.

Room was so clean. Staff was so supportive. My experience was so good with this hotel. Atmosphere is very calm. I want to share something about manager . He is very good guy. He is very supportive and clam. I got good service here. I prefer to go to this location again ||||Thank you

Very helpful and great staff when I come here to stay and I come often. Very Clean rooms. I Will return it’s worth it. Location is convenient to food places and six flags. And right next to the highway and close to the airport as well. Great job!!!

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and also the cleanliness were on top, also service was so supportive. I want to share about manager whose name is nike . He is very good guy. He is very supportive and clam. I got good service here. Im planning to visit there again…

If I could rate this a half a star I wouldn’t! I rather had slept in my car. Blood stains and hair strands on the mattress and sheets. The floor was not swept or mopped. People was talking loudly outside. Never again will I come back here. I wouldn’t even recommend to stay here unless you are selling kitty or recreational stuff out this place. The staff was horrible and rude. They just don’t care about their guests. No early check in not even if you want to pay extra. This place needs new management and staff and a major upgrade. Overall this place is so horrible. Do not book a room here it’s a waste of money. A message reply will not make me feel any better or fix the issue. I wasted my money.

Very kind, courteous people and the rooms are clean. I stay here often. Reasonable rights.|Clean property.|I recommend to anyone that is in the area on business. Or vacation, it's very close to Six Flags and many restaurants.|And places for entertainment.

My boyfriend and I arrived late and we booked a room and we wasn’t in here 3 minutes, I asked my boyfriend to check for bedbugs, and as he moved the pillow, we saw two roaches crawling on the bed and another three roaches crawling around the baseboard of the wall. we told him about it, and he tried to move us to another room and the room key wouldn’t work. I just told my boyfriend let’s try another motel. 🤦🏾‍♀️

One of the good franchise in motels I am happy that I choose this motel for my tour I will also recommend to my friend family and coullege to book this motel and also front desk staff was very friendly helpful and well trained overall I love to stay in this motel
