I’ve been staying here for about a month in a half now and I find it very clean and quiet. Everyone is nice and respectful. Really enjoyed and enjoying my stay while I’m here looking for my forever home. Maintenance man keeps everything up and going. Dan and his wife do everything they can to make sure your stay is comfortable and amazing! High recommend if your stay in or around Nashville!

Totally bad experience at this location. The nonsmoking room reeked of old tobacco covered by cheap disinfectant. The room needed a thorough cleaning. I regret ever making this booking. Made complaint to manager when checking out but did not appear to register with him.

Nasty room. Stunk. Cigarette burns on edge of tub, toilet seat, and desk chair. Desk surface was sticky. HVAC didn't work and entire cover fell off when I pressed the power button. Card reader on door barely worked. Just awful. Website showed a room from a new Motel 6 (which are nice). This is old and gross. I immediately checked out and they gave me a refund.

Sorry this place gets a 1 star if I could it would get a 0 star. Soon as I walk into the room is smell very disgusting. The rooms looks like it's been through hell. The bed smells like perfume and the bed has female hair all over it so it seems like the sheets has not been changed at all! There is brown stains all over the pillow and the bed this is awful! When the AC turns on it smells like something died in it. I opened the fridge to put drink inside fridge also smells like something died in it. I mean this is awful! I'm not even going to go over the bathroom we all know. Overall this place is horrible. I see a lot of reviews being posted with 1 stars and what are they doing about this. If I had the option it would get 0. I understand this isn't a fancy hotel or anything but this is ridiculous. And I'm very concerned if the sheets has even been switched over to new ones.

They did have a pool....|The room was clean, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9am, a young lady that worked the front desk was AMAZING, lots of drug users and activity there, no mini fridge or microwave, honestly, not worth $70 to $80 a night including tax.

My wife checked in for a stay. Didnt last 40 minutes in the room. Immediately discovered the sheets were stained and disgusting. The bathtub look as if it was pulling away from the wall and moldy. Half of the lights didnt work and she tried to make it work as she is just down for work but shortly after trying to lay down she felt as if she had something crawling on her. Completely unacceptable and I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this property.

Quite and very peaceful here and staff is wonderful and the maintenance man is a great guy that is very dedicated to his job and is always willing to help with any situation that arises all in all I would recommend this place to anyone who maybe planning a stay in or around Nashville..

Their maintenance Guy was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. We will definitely stay there again!
