This place is horrible. The rooms are non smoking but all you smell is the stench of Marijuana all over the place when you walk from your room to the office or vending machines. There's homeless people lingering everywhere. They charge 150 pet deposit when they say they are pet friendly with no pet charges. The linens are stained. We were not refunded our pet deposit or the damage deposit which is to be refunded to card. Instead we were charged 71 additional dollars. We left the room in a great condition of course housekeeping has to do daily cleaning. We cleaned our room thetime We stayed, daily with our own cleaning supplies and we have our own towels. We overpaid for that raggedy hotel. And the room behind us seemed to always be rented to prostitutes with John's or someone filming hard-core porn because the weekends all you heard was someone having rough sex on the other side of the wall. Just disgust. My kids heard all of that.
I will only share the major points The manager Monty was kind and polite and business like which was good The assistant was nice until the last day Left the room Clean and all the linens together not all over the room Mopped and sweeps d I even empty the trash They not manager but assistant guy said o stole a comforter I did NOT steal I have never done things like that their camera would show There was only a small Blanket on the bed I asked for comforter they did not provide she didn’t speak English the housekeeping lady Do I have no idea why ? Just to get money out of older disabled lady ? Why stoop that low ? Maybe I need to report them to corporate ?
Monty was super unhelpful and a b word honestly he put on a nice guy act just to get us in. When we informed him that our electricity went out in the room he came up with multiple excuses as to why we can’t have our money back or a new room. Room had roaches as well as crackheads roaming the premises at all times of night. 0/10 would not Recommend paid $600 for a full week and basically wasted our money🤣
Rooms are clean. Staff is rude. Sleep at another Motel 6 location. Transient guest follows you around seeking conversations.Facility littered with trash and dog poop area nasty. No bags at cleanup station for dogs. Poop never cleaned up by most transient guest. Bags of garbage left overnight anywhere instead of being taken to dumpster. Staff only has excuses no solutions. Leaking bathroom sink in room. Expedia calls to advise Motel 6 wants me to vacate properly because I'm the problem. Roaches very small but still roaches.
The gentleman at the front desk is super nice. They allowed us to check in early and the rooms are a great price for the size. I feel very comfortable here as I wait for my home to be finished
Rooms are clean and safe. It is quiet and friendly environment around. Do visit with your friends and family as well. All the staff are helpful and they cooperate with the guest and are ready to fulfil all the needs for the guest. Office is open 24 hours.
Avoid at all cost , and do not pay deposit in cash . They will keep It and feed you every excuse . Every time I would call they would hang up. The complaint portal is a wasted effort . They will not respond. There is no laws or ethics at this location . Corruption at its greatest ( make sure to secure valuables in front or employees)
If I could give 0 stars I would. I would have my worst enemy stay here. Roaches,bed bugs, and stains on the sheets and don't get me started on the bathroom. If your down on your luck and not a lot of money just sleep in your car or hell under a bridge would be better. I felt violated leaving out of that motel. I guess there's a difference between Motel, and Hotel id rather have Holiday Inn.
Lovely coffee shop with very spacious seating! Their hot mocha is delicious, the fruit smoothies are perfect for my toddler as they have real fruit and no added sugar. And the staff is so sweet and helpful!
