The first impression was the foul smell in the air that lasted all night. The rooms weren't too bad, but there were paper-thin towels and no coffee maker. Not to mention a leaf blower at 10 a.m. outside our second-floor room door. The front desk worker was very helpful and nice; they alone get three stars. *Extended stay

My experience was good. The office staff were friendly and I had a nice room. I can only speak for my experience there, but it was nice, again the staff were friendly and Especially Tanner who works days was very Professional and went the extra mile as far as Professionalism and Customer service.

I'm sorry to say, but with the condition of the room&property, should not be getting charged $80+ a night. Property smelled like piss, n dog poop. There is holes and chipping paint on walls.The bathroom needs repair badly, bathroom door is held together by screws. Only one outlet in the entire room, had to search for It, It was behind the head of the bed **On the plus side the desk clerk was very very nice** I'd ask for a different room but i'm too damn tired

I was given a room that the beds weren’t completely made up, there were tools in the room from maintenance and towels thrown everywhere. When I went back to the front desk, they were having a hard time finding me another room, so I was stuck with the room and they assured me that someone would come and fix the room, after an hour later, nobody showed up. So I told front desk just don’t worry about it because I have to use the bathroom and go to bed.

We checked in on April 25th around 6pm. the young lady that was working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. you clearly could tell we were an inconvenience to her. Her tone of voice was frustrated when she was telling us the price and location of our room. I just wanted to say that this is not very good customer service also can't be very good for business

Door to outside has 1/2 gap. Lock was loose. Sheets were heavily stained. Towels stained. No kleenex. Only one wash clothes. No shampoo. Thick dust on the TV. Holes in the walls.

It’s a safe place for your family just stay indoors! I do know the employees are always watching and trying to keep the place safe, so therefore there are tons of rules… in order to keep us safe

Floors needed mopping, needed to be bug sprayed, my daughter was uncomfortable with me staying there, but I had no trouble. But it is a rough place to stay in her opinion.
