Stayed here over the weekend want to start by saying seemed like there was a party Friday morning lots of people leaving out of the office, then once I finally found the front office lady she seemed upset gave me my room for it to be TERRIBLE NASTY. Went to the office to ask to change my room she told me I had to wait til 4 to check in I left came back and she gave me the same room after going back in it seemed cleaned, but once I lifted the bed I seen lots of roachs, needle lids and once lifting my sheets there was hair and pee on my bed. The lady then told me she couldn’t change my room I had to ask for a refund before she put me into a new room. I asked to speak with a manager and this little white woman came out, very rude and hateful! I then asked for a refund and because I sat on the bed she wouldn’t issue one! COMPLETE BULLSHIT PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!
Berea is a very polite person, was very helpful and listened to when I had a problem with the room she moved me right then she's is worried about your safety in staying in the motel. She explained everything to where you understood no beating around the bush.. I'm looking forward to staying here again. Hopefully I have the pleasure of her checking me in again.. love her smile and kind heart.. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a friendly face and nice quite clean motel
If I could leave negative stars, I would stay at this hotel to three different times and always had a pleasant experience. I booked a route tonight and was told upon arrival that I was going to have to pay $25 for extra parking space for work I pull a truck and a small trailer. I’ll take 3 to 4 parking spots. This is never been an issue till tonight. Never charged me this before I stay here on weekends weekdays whenever I’m working South Florida. I booked with a competitor tonight up in Vero Beach. Not only has this hotel lost me as a client but now will never use Motel 6 again. They did not leave the light on my business as a business wasn’t worth it so I’ll take my money to a competitor who values the $20,000 I spend every year in hotel expenses.
Motel was very clean inside ac is cold and pool was nice! Manager Dallas is very nice and helped me with anything I requested. I don’t speak good English and she helped my husband through google translate
I’ve worked housekeeping for 7 years and this room was very clean. Spotless from the ac to the bathroom, everyone was working and management was very involved with the crew. Very nice people and quiet. I will stay again
I am more than pleased to have stayed here with my kids. The staff is very pleasant and professional when it comes to making sure I had everything I need. Which I can choose to go somewhere else but why go when I’m happy to get the meet and greet with a smile and kindness here. I highly recommend this to other’s to stay and relax and enjoy the stay. The most friendliest staff I have ever met in a motel. Super helpful with everything. Customer service is top notch! Kids had an absolute great time and pet friendly. Rates were amazing as well.
our room was very clean and the property was quiet. we are visiting from pompano beach and ft pierce is beautiful. Dallas recommends nice beaches and a really good mexican restaurant that’s local. walmart was close. our room was so cold and comfortable
