Motel 6 Fresno, CA - Blackstone North - Motel in Fresno - 4245 N Blackstone Ave, USA

Reached the property to be greeted by weed smell, and super unhygienic room (pictures attached). Requested the receptionist to see another room (similar situation). Decided to cancel the reservation and stay somewhere else. The management decided to mention my travel agency that I utilized 2 rooms (wasn’t the case) and declined refund. Generally my motel6 experience has been fair but this was beyond terrible.

The management/staff "Peter" is very disrespectful and rude. And the price is very overrated especially when the staff pockets everyone $100 deposit and $50 early check in and also $50 late fee if I one min late over 12pm to pay rent when I been staying there for the past few weeks.

Very excellent service and good front desk service and very good rooms remodelled comfy beds and nice and clean. They have nice park and pool. The staff members are real nice and helpful. They gave me late checkout i would come here again next time.

Please do not stay here, we checked in and immediately checked out. The whole facility had a strong scent of urine, the rooms smelled like bleach and smoke. There were roaches in the room, cigarette burns in the beddings. Pet hair all over the bed frame, broke curtain hangers and stained curtains. The hotel serves as a temporary housing for homeless individuals, and unfortunately many of them are violent and erratic. The hotel staff is friendly and understanding, I feel bad for them they have to put up with a lot.

Front desk was rude when we brought up issues. We had a hole in the roof of our shower and no smoke detector. Also very small room for 2 full beds.

This has to be the most disgusting and unclean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Hair was in the clean beds, bathroom was disgusting. People around the hotel were sketchy. This place is horrendous. Don’t stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room was disgusting, hair in the "clean" beds, weird stains in the shower, and the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes at all times. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable, and the only blankets we were given were the flat sheets. There was only ONE towel in the room when we checked in, and when my partner asked for another one in the morning, we were told they did not have extra towels. There was no "do not disturb" sign provided with the room. My partner asked for one when he tried to acquire a second towel and was told to just put a piece of paper in the window (we taped one to the door). We also found out that there was no screen on the window, and that window did not lock, essentially leaving the room vulnerable 100% of the time. After the second night of our three night stay, out room key was deactivated and we had to argue with them to get the key reissued. They tried to say that my booking was for only one person, when it had always been for two. Seriously, do not stay here if you care about cleanliness and safety.
