Motel 6 Fresno, CA - Belmont Ave - Motel in Fresno - 445 N Parkway Dr, USA

Overall it was alright we had recently stayed in a motel 6 in mammoth and decided to stay here in Fresno as well but the room smelled of cigarettes even through they told us no smoking people don't follow the rules room was also unswept. The pool is closed for anyone wondering. Other than that the rest of the room was alright.

No interest 😞 Purchased room onsite (not thru 3rd party). Was provided wifi password and went to room and unpacked. It's 2am and WiFi isn't coming up but gotta get to sleep so no issue. Awake and still no wifi. Call funt desk to be told "it's been acting a little wonky. We don't have WiFi, sorry" Could have told me last night... Girlfriend has an interview this morning... Deceptive business practice.

THIS IS A DEATH MOTEL! Do not stay here! The locks on the doors are broken unsavory people hang out in the parking lot and my ac was broken. Needless to say I packed up and moved to a different motel before dark.

The lobby is not open service through night window. Room was clean standard motel 6 but with really nice towels. A/C, fridge and micro worked really good. Pool looked clean and inviting. Right off freeway for good access. The only drawback is that there is an lots of foot traffic outside and in the parking lot all hours of the night cars coming and going. For the price and clean room for the area it was perfect! Way better than La Quinta downtown Fresno! Recommend for budget friendly travelers.

Didn't stay here just visiting. I like that this motel is quite, not a lot of people, for being on parkway,.that's saying a lot Also I don't feel like im being watched or judged, like I do sometimes other motels

An oasis for a weary traveler, I just wanted to rest saw the sign and pulled off, I’ve stayed in many low budget hotels, this one was a surprise, clean and updated room, felt like my room at home, new bed, great stop to rest and roll for under a hundred bucks

The room had roaches and other bugs and they also charge 50 dollar deposit the location is ok but they give motel 6 a bad name...

The Location and Service was good. The cleanliness and state of the room was not. Damaged bathroom door that was very poorly and only partially patched. The curtain had something sticky on it that I HOPE was gum. The smoke detector was missing. Not pictured is the sticky ring on the nightstand that had a wipe streak over the top of it but no one worked at all to actually remove it or the long black hair that I found on the towel in the bathroom. Any one of these would have been fine given the price of the room, but they just hit one after another demonstrating a very poor state of the room.
