Motel 6 Franklin, OH - Motel in Franklin - 2000 William C Good Blvd, USA

My family and I recently stayed here. I wouldn’t stay here for a prolonged period of time but when you just need a cheap place for a night or 2 and won’t be there long, it’s a good option. I will list the pros and cons below Pros 1. Decently Clean - except the shower curtain probably needs replaced it is starting to get discolored 2. Safe and Secure 3. Nice friendly staff 4. Pretty roomy 5. Good price Cons 1. Come Prepared - no shampoo, conditioner, etc - you get a small bar of soap - there is a vending machine that you can purchase things at but you have to have cash and everything was pretty much out. Also no blow dryer 2. - Blanket was stained with cigarette burns and 1 had a stray hair on it that wasn’t mine when I was inspecting them before bringing our stuff in - the desk did replace the blankets for us which was great 3. The hotel is pet friendly so if you have allergies, keep that in mind, one of the beds had some pet hair lurking near the bottom of the box spring 4. No breakfast just be aware up front

I booked 5 rooms with them a night before I needed it and the front desk was very accommodating. Every interaction I had with the front desk was lovely and friendly. Rooms themselves were clean for the price. Furniture, bathrooms, and doorknobs were older and you could clearly see the age, however, beds and pillows were both clean and comfortable. Motel 6 was a comfortable stay for the single night our team was there and was an attractive distance to Cincinnati.

Hotel 6 Franklin, Ohio is hands down a Hotel that feels at home and makes you feel like family. Extremely clean and attention to detail brings and keeps any family or relatives the feeling to stay longer. The staff is great and courteous and this Hotel is pet friendly and thats a plus to all my fellow animal lovers. Also, last but not least, this Hotel is the most budget friendly. Lastly, Hotel 6 Franklin, Ohio is the best bang for your buck and the best atmosphere you and your family(including furry family members) will encounter!!

We had my self, husband , elderly mother and two dogs. Traveling home to Mi from Fl and booking on I-75 at 6 pm Sat night. Middletown was booked for dog friendly. Moved to next exit and came upon Motel 6. Rate was excellent. Hotel was has been totally re-modeled and looks great! Clean, up to d as te, fixtures are perfect, janitor on site, … spotless. Room was amazing. Beds were very clean, nice towels, clerics were very accosting and helpful!! Walking distance to Subway, McDonald’s, Pilot ( groceries. And gas fill up)…. And allowed two dogs any weight. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND AND SPREAD THE WORD!! If you have dogs, this is the place. $ 95 for 3 adults, 2 dogs, and coffee.

The room and lobby smelled super good and clean! The room was up to date, big bathroom! I reserved for one night but I will be back. Gas stations near by and food places all in walking distance! Helpful staff, friendly! This place is a good place and the price was good too

The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and recent renovations made this feel very up-to-date. In terms of improvements possible: the underlying bed frames are metallic and a touch squeaky under the mattresses, but not a big issue. And having one or two chairs in our room would have been a definite plus, or perhaps another small table to put things on. Overall, quite satisfied with the value, even if there isn’t a breakfast included, McDonald’s, Wendy’s and a family restaurant are all a one minute walk away.

We stayed here in one of the hot tub rooms. Room was clean and nice looking. The room was a great price. The tub was in the bathroom with an opening in the wall to be able to view the tv which was good while in the tub but made for a very shared experience while using the toilet lol. As far as food available nearby, there are several places nearby but only Waffle House didn't have super nasty reviews so not much in the way of options but that's not on Motel 6. There was also a family that put up some folding chairs right outside the building by our window so we heard them most of the night. Overall not a bad experience 😊

I stayed at Motel 6 in Franklin, Ohio on May 18th, and when I paid, I noticed the amount charged to my card was different from what was sent to me with my confirmation. I was too tired to question it and just went to my room. When I went inside, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The paint was peeling off the walls and the enamel is chipped off the bathtub in large portions. There were also no towels, and they stopped supplying soap, shampoo, and coffee. I felt so uncomfortable staying there that I wound up leaving at midnight and driving 3 hours home.||When I called the front desk to discuss my issues, she constantly cut me off mid sentence trying to justifying things. The difference in charge versus quote is the “convenience fee” for using a card, which isn’t explained. No towels? allegedly my room wasn’t finished being cleaned. Yet when I walked to my room the cleaning cart was halfway down the hall and he was mopping another room’s floor. If my room wasn’t finished, why was I given a key and he’d moved on?||The rest she said she’d have to speak to the owner, so I seriously doubt I’ll get refunded.||I received a call from the manager, and since I didn’t recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail. I then got a text stating who he was and to call him back.||So I did, and he went on to explain how reviews like that are bad for business so they want it removed, and if I remove the review, they’ll refund me my money. ||I responded I’d only remove the review once I was refunded, first. He told me that was absolutely ridiculous, and tried arguing with me the review needed to be removed before a refund was issued. I told him if that is the case, the review will stay up and I ended the call.||To add further, the manager continued to contact me via text message after I filed a complaint with corporate, and I stated any form of contact was to be done via email only. I said numerous times I do not feel comfortable talking to that specific manager, and now I am back in the phone with corporate about this complaint.
