I hadn't been to this location in years so when I was in need of a getaway I decided to take a visit. I've been here three times in the last three months. There is a guy there that I liked dealing with (sadly I don't remember his name) because he was quite friendly and gave me a great room. It was up dated and clean, no complaints. I hadn't been back since then because there is a lady that works the desk also that can be a bit rude. And also the rooms she provided me with the first couple of times were not good. The place could definitely use some work but it's not extremely bad. Hopefully things will be better once the renovations are completed, and I definitely feel they need a better cleaning staff, and have the carpets replaced, because I do agree with the comment another person made, the carpets do look a bit of a mess.

I don't understand how this motel hasn't been shut down! Everything they do is unethical unprofessional and even flat out illegal!!! Not only is the woman who works here absolutely shockingly Rude!!! Unprovoked! She also scams your money! Beware booking online!!! The charge will go through they dayvit didn't, book it to another guest paying cash and picket the cash all on your dime!:last time I came I handed her a hundred dollar bill she gives me no change, no receipt! I adk for both, she says no it was a hindrance exactly... except I know better, abs the no receipt was telling.i call corporate, they look up my room, find out she entered it as $40!!! ( it was supposed to have been $82) so I thought she pocketed $20 come to find out she applied discounts to make it $49 so she could pocket $60!!!! I am reporting to better business bureau and filing a police report now, showing my statement as evidence of three separate occasions they told me my card declined when it went through!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star! They robbed me of my $! I called to get my son a place to stay for the night! I told them my son was 19 and needed a place and that I would be paying for the room and that I live in Oklahoma. Then they told me I needed to be there to check my son in since he was under 21. I told them that I already told them that I was in Oklahoma and that he was 19 and that I couldn’t check him in! And I told them never mind, I don’t need that room if he can’t check himself in and they said okay and we hung up! The next day I get charged for a “no show”! I have no idea how they got my credit card info! They must be affiliated with some other hotel chain that had my credit info on file! I’m not sure! I call to get my $ back and they say I have to call customer service! So I do and they say they have to pull the call. Almost two weeks later and several calls to them, they finally pull the call and say they will issue me a refund within 2 weeks and that Bank of America will be reaching out to me! It been almost a week and I still haven’t heard from Bank of America! DO NOT CALL this Motel 6! They are scammers! They charge you regardless of whether you can stay there or not!!!! I was robbed of my $ and it’s been a huge long drawn out process to get my $ back and I still don’t have it! If I don’t get my $ back I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Has roaches 🪳, we got into our first room and there was a roach in our bed. Then asked to be changed and the next room had not one but 3 roaches, 1 mmid size and 2 little ones (in the bathtub, a wall and 1 in the floor). We stayed the night because it was late and we were tired, but wouldn’t come back again. Is unfortunate since the guy at the front desk was nice and the motel doesn’t look bad considering they’re doing renovations. But they have a bad problem with roaches.

Check in went smoothly. The AC was amazing and knocked us out for a nap as soon as we hit the bed buuuut....the hallway and elevator were filthy. The carpet in front of my room was soaking wet because u can't flush the toilet or take a shower with out water leaking out from under the hardwood floors in the room. The shower water temp was scalding hot and unadjustable so showering isn't going to happen unless u have rhino skin. But hey until 10am u can get the world's smallest cup of coffee from the lobby.

My experience with the Motel 6 at 2425 Scott Ave has been stellar. I am often limited to where I can reserve hotels being under 21, and this stay was perfect for me. It was almost 5 minutes away from the convention center where collectacon was being held, which made the drive back after extremely nice. The staff are very kind, courteous and professional when it comes to the management of hotel and client-staff relations. I had accidentally forgotten my room key while going to get food, and when I approached the front desk about my folly, not only was it handled quickly, it was done in a manner where I didn’t feel embarrassed or judged. Would stay again.

My stay at Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - Downtown East was unsatisfactory. Despite clean rooms and renovations, many issues impacted my experience. Staff and Service: The staff was very rude. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a $30 deposit not mentioned on the app. Additionally, the app stated pets were free, but they tried to charge a $5 daily pet deposit. This set a negative tone for the stay. Safety Concerns: The area around the property felt unsafe, with homeless individuals and inappropriately dressed people nearby. On our first night, the fire alarm was triggered by an unruly guest, leading to a situation where someone tried to enter my family's room. Fortunately, we are 2nd Amendment supporters and were prepared to protect ourselves. Incident Handling: When I returned to ensure my family's safety, I saw two police cruisers outside. The officers explained the situation, but the front desk staff dismissively told me not to worry and refused to provide any information, despite the potential danger. Key Card Issues: The next day, my family's key card stopped working while I was away, causing inconvenience and frustration. Room Quality: The rooms were nice and well-maintained, worth noting despite the negative experience. Recommendation: For a budget-friendly option, I recommend Motel 6 North Richland Hills, TX off Bedford Euless Road. My experiences there have been much more pleasant. Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 stars.

Great affordable place to stay for a period of time. Rooms are decent and livable and come with a mini fridge and microwave. Service stays downstairs at the front desk and they do really as little as possible. And the location is not the best but it'll work it's affordable and comfortable enough.
