This place is a DUMP!!!!! No blankets, no hot water, no shower curtain. The room was filthy and full of flys. We paid 85.00 for the worst room I have ever seen. Could have drove a block more and stayed in a nice place. Do yourself and your family a favor stay away from this dump.

We checked in and the front desk guy made things easy. However the room was absolutely gross! It smells, the bathroom has hair and stains everywhere, the blankets were literally taped together from holes, lamp shades were torn apart, walls had stains all over it and it was overall just so gross. I didn’t even want to lay on the bed. Just spend the extra money and go to comfort inn. And yes there is a bunch of sketchy people hanging around that I’d not feel safe around as a woman if not for my husband being around.

Upon checking in. The front windows were nearly shattered. The front desk did not have our proper reservation (reserved a single queen non smoking, and received a double full smoking room). When I got to the room it was 89 degrees inside, smelled robustly of cat pee, and had cat hair all over the bed. When I got a new room the cards did not work on the door, and when I got them fixed they still did not work. I was given a refund, when I said I no longer wanted to stay. The parking lot was real sketchy, and gave a really bad feeling/ vibe. If I didn’t have my husband with me I probably wouldn’t have gotten out of the car. Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. It’s not worth it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst. Hotel. Experience. Ever! It started when I booked a specific room online, went to check in and was told they don't have that room available. The room they provided is was filthy, remote for TV was missing (no spares) one of the beds was broken, The lamp shades were trashed, the exhaust fan cover in the bathroom was literally hanging by a fishing line on one side only. When we tried to check out a day early, was told that they couldn't refund us for the extra day, even though I had booked a cancellation rate. Oh, and one morning 4 local sheriff's deputies showed up in the complex to stop a domestic flight. DO NOT STAY HERE!

A bunch of hiccups by reception staff and management. Almost was charged a ridiculous amount due to the mistake of an individual. The room wasn’t cleaned as I requested and I had to actually clean it myself. My key card kept going out even if I didn’t have it by my phone. But the staff, the manager and the overall experience was decent to say the least. You get what you pay for. I’m appreciative

I shouldn’t have been surprised since the room was only $50 a night. But, I wasn’t very impressed. First thing walking in, it smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes and you were just breathing that in. We both woke up the next morning with a sore throat from it. While it looked clean inside, the floor felt sticky and quite dirty and the sink counter looked like it was only wiped down with a wet cloth and not actually cleaned. And since we’re talking about the bathroom, the towels didn’t look super clean and they were fraying. The room had the bare essentials, which was fine; we did go there just to sleep, after all. But I thought it was odd that only one side of the bed had a side table, which was a minor inconvenience. And overall, there were lots of sketchy people hanging out around the motel. So that didn’t make me feel very safe. But I will say, the front desk guy was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to be welcomed by a warm face. Again, great price and somehow I actually slept very well despite everything. It’s also conveniently located next to the freeway and a Waffle House. I think it needs quite a bit of work but it did the job.

Room had no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. No ice at office for several hours. No bedspreads. No clothes hangers. We have experienced other motels which cost $80 which included all those amenities. Only one set of plugs to use for charging. Dust under bed.

Motel 6 is making improvements every day to stay competitive. I would like to note that the staff is top notch. Management is really above par. And would also like to mention Tonya. She works afternoons/evenings. And is So friendly and always goes above and beyond to do whatever is necessary to make the guests feel welcome. And is quick to accommodate the guest needs.
