Motel 6 Fort Bragg, CA - Motel in Fort Bragg - 400 S Main St, USA

I used to stay at motel 6 all the time but in past years i have not due to really bad customer service.. I just recently stayed at Motel 6 and now just for the customer service alone, i will be staying more often and go back to recommending staying at motel 6 in the future to other people who are inquiring. Shane in the front office was an absolute delight. He was very welcoming and warm in the checking in process and every time i had a question or needed to go into the office for any reason he was always ready to help right away! Shane needs a raise for sure!!!!! Thank you shane! looking forward to staying again in hopes that I see him again

Clean, cheap, and we were able to get a last minute room on the busy labor day weekend. Bar across the street was extremely loud, so wear earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. Parking lot was a little crowded. AC worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

I recently stayed at Motel 6 for a work. Wanted to leave a quick review and let everyone know that Shane in the front office is absolutely amazing. Great customer service, care for me as individual and gave great directions to local good food and good beaches! Will stay again just due to his energy and professionalism

I am not typically a motel six type of person but they happen to have relaxing jet tubs in a few rooms here and that draws us to stay here at this motel six, they also have great staff. Shane was amazing super helpful during check in as I have a teething baby that was crying and he was super understanding. Will stay again, soon!

From the instant I walked in, I was grateful we chose to stay. Shane made my wife and family feel cared for and welcomed immediately. Staying away from home is never ideal, but man was it a breath of fresh air to feel like if there was anything I needed, we could ask. Here's to Shane!

I stay here every time I need a hotel on the coast. The staff is always polite and helpful. Shane at the front desk is so helpful and personable, I don’t just stay here because they’re usually the lowest rate in town, but because the staff, and the restaurant/ bar on the property is a huge plus. Also within walking distance to all of down town.

Horrible hotel do not stay here! The pictures do not match the hotel! So old, paint missing everywhere, boards falling off all over the building, broken staircases taped off. Checked in around 5pm and the room was dirty when we walked in. Corporate really needs to hire a construction crew and painters to go fix this place. The pool was out of service and we were not told when we called to confirm there was one. Upon entering a dirty room my family immediately asked for a refund, we paid $240 cash. The manager said she would refund us because she can just rent to someone with a card and upper management wouldn’t find out! However, she kept our $70 debit card deposit and refused to refund that even though we weren’t even in the room for 2min it was a disgusting room. We went down the street and found a very cute, clean and friendly hotel for cheaper. Do better corporate and send someone to fix up this motel you should be ashamed for how it looks and what your employees have to deal with.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Motel 6. It’s nothing fancy, but for the price and location, this place was great. Mind you, it’s not the cleanest hotel, but it’s not filthy. The front desk receptionist when we checked in, and the one we saw when we checked out, were both friendly and polite. The location is perfect and we experienced a very quiet night. Also, our dog loved it.
