Motel 6 Flagstaff, AZ - West - Woodland Village - Motel in Flagstaff - 2745 S Woodlands Village Blvd, USA

Do Not stay at this property. It is unsafe, what does that look like, there are (3) types of deadbolts locks on the door. The AC Filters are extremely dirty to the point no air flows. Bring bug spray as there are ants and spiders in the room. When there is rain, rain-water comes in at the base of the door. The rooms have a musty odor smell. You will hear the highway (I40) from your room, not sporadically but all the time. Oh and let's not forget how thin the walls are, you will hear the person in the room next door.... no privacy at all. Did I enjoy my stay, NO. The front staff with the exception of (2) individuals are nasty rude and disrespectful. The others can all benefit from a semester in Customer Service - Front Desk.

Stay away from this disgusting hotel. The rooms were horrifically dirty, unsanitary, and overall disgusting. The bed sheets head stains, rips, holes. The floor was falling apart and crumbling. The floor was so dirty that when we first got there we wiped the white towel on the floor and it became black. Towel racks that they have are absolutely disgusting, they put fresh washed towels onto racks that have all sorts of dust, dirt, and debris all over them. Every wall in this hotel room is stained with little black dots in some parts, and unknown substances in others. The chair is absolutely disgusting. Every light switch, and door had a lot of stains on it proving they were never cleaned. Whoever cleans this room has very little standards because it was absolutely disgusting. The beds were hard, and the pillows were not actually pillows, they were foam that was folded over. Dust balls all over the floor and under the bed. The remote was sticky and The sink was cracked and stained. The bathroom was nasty and that there was rotted wood, rusted metal, stained walls, stained shower bottom. I am shocked that motel 6 would offer such a horrible room. I work hard for my money and I feel like they don't care about me or my family's safety. Because we came with three other families, switching hotels was not an option. I wanted to sleep in my car except it was too cold. I feel like motel 6 should be ashamed and wish one of their executives would come stay in a room like this. Room 137 at motel 6 in Flagstaff is definitely the worst room I have ever been in, and I am nearly 50 years old and have traveled a lot.

The location is nice close to stores and restaurants. Safe The pool was clean and big, and the water was heated. The room was not clean. Also, the room was old but for the price it was okay. The shower floor was scary thought that the floor was going to break.

I felt very welcomed and take care of during my stay. Aside from the room itself being obviously well maintained, the woman at the front desk, Jenn, was pleasantly warm and helpful with all my questions and concerns. She made me feel right at home which was much appreciated since I was so far from it. More motels/hotels should be sure to hire staff as wonderful as Jenn so being away from home would be a more pleasant and enjoyable experience. 5-stars! Well done!

Positive: The cleanliness was terrible. It?s no Ritz Carlton but I expect the room to be clean and without other human hair in the sink in the toilet and in the tub. That?s just lazy and disgusting. No amount of staff shortage warrants a dirty room. Negative: If you don?t have the staff to thoroughly clean the rooms, then offer less rooms. While it may be a motel 6, people don?t like staying in disgustingly dirty rooms. You might even charge backs if you continue or attorney general consumer investigations.

I'm giving this a 2 and that's being nice. We stayed here for three nights, two people. I'll start off with cleanliness. The shower is like one you would use if you were camping. It looked as if no one had cleaned it after each stay. It looks like mold is growing in different places inside and outside the shower! I showered with my shoes on as I did not want my feet touching the dirty floor. There was gunk all at the bottom of the sink and toilet. The towels were super thin like ones you get at dollar tree or the 99 cent store. The room had outdated furniture as if it was the same furniture from when they first opened! It had no fridge, no microwave, no blow dryer and the only socket to charge a phone was by the door. I can look past the outdated furniture but not the dirtiness. It looked like they haven't mopped or cleaned the walls in awhile. There were stains on the walls, the doors and paint coming off the walls. The switches on the lamp didn't work properly and took a bit to turn on. The bed was so uncomfortable with flat pillows that I didn't get a good night's rest. The walls are super thin! You can literally hear the conversation of your next door neighbor. The a/c does not blow out fresh air. It would get hot then cold even when adjusting it. It says "No Pets" but there was many people with their dogs or cat. That part does not bother me, its the poop people leave in the grass area. This definitely is a short stay. If you are staying longer than 2-3 days, find another hotel. I am not sure how this hotel gets 4 stars, hell even 5! The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's an hour away from Grand Canyon and about 10 minutes away from downtown Flaggstaff. If you don't care about cleanliness, thin walls, outdated furniture or limited furniture, and a comfortable nights rest then stay with caution. Attached pictures as well.

The room was nice and clean, very quiet and comfortable. The mattress was better than expected! For a motel 6...this place was very nice. The grounds were well kept, parking lot was nice, pool area looked very nice. The location was great! Across the street from shopping and reastaurants.

We have a room here a couple of days, and it seems like they don't mop their floors, so make sure you have pairs of socks to wear when walking around their rooms. On our last night here, we found some bed bugs scurrying across our bed. It's a home for workers who are away from home, so who knows what they bring back to the hotel rooms. I had told the housekeeper and front desk manager, but they didn't seem too concerned. I'd think twice before booking her unless you also want bed bugs. Housekeepers didn't give us time to get out of our room, as we were leaving she found it in herself to stand by my door until I exited the room, mind you it was three minutes to 11. The only amenities they offer are small bar soaps, so bring your own shampoo and body wash.
